Great residential escape! Covered, locked parking was nice. And the home was very clean and sheek!

Had a great time, HBO max was a nice extra' to have. Great stay, and would stay again if ever in the St. Louis area. Thanks again !

Fantastic!!

It was great it was clean plenty of room for my family of 7 it was in a great neighborhood wasnt far from all the things we wanted to do like the zoo, grants farm, and the aquarium so that was really convenient even the grocery store was right up the road we all lived it and would definitely stay there again...

We were happy with the apartment we stayed at. Grateful for the gated parking garage. It was a little tight for our Honda Odyssey. Wouldn't attempt the parking garage with anything bigger.

This was a terrible property. The furniture was broken, the original place I reserved had leaks so we couldn’t stay there, the third set of rooms they eventually got us to had rodents and not enough bed linens for the two sleeping surfaces, and none of the linens provided would fit the pullout futon so I slept on a very uncomfortable couch. I am still trying to get a refund for the nights we couldn’t stay there because of the condition of the rooms.

We take reviews seriously and value transparency, which is why it’s important to address false statements when they occur. To clarify, the original unit you booked experienced an unexpected issue with a ceiling leak from tenant above. As soon as the issue was reported, we immediately offered you an equal accommodation to minimize any inconvenience to you. You say there wasn’t adequate bedding, however, we are posting a picture of the used linens in the closets upon your checkout. As well, we delivered additional linens to fulfill your requests. You allege the presence of rodents but at no point during your stay did you bring this to our attention. This is a serious claim, and if it had been raised, we would have taken immediate action. Furthermore, our post-stay inspections found no evidence to support this claim. Lastly, we have a contract with Rottler pest control who guarantee their services so we question the validity of this statement. It’s worth noting that your reservation was for a specific number of guests, yet your party exceeded this limit without prior notification, which is a breach of our booking policy. Given the facts, your review appears to be an attempt to pressure us into issuing a full refund rather than an honest account of your experience. As hosts, we work hard to accommodate guests and resolve issues promptly, but we cannot accept misrepresentation of the truth.

Good

Stay was good. Few things about the inside of the appartment that left a lot to be desired (shower, floors, doors, etc) but considering the location and the fact that it served it's purpose of just getting a place to sleep a few hours it was good enough for us. I do have to say that the garage height is not listed so if you have a truck like us or a full size SUV it wont fit and you'll have to park on the street. Also thin walls so you can hear the loud footsteps from up stairs but again that's an overall apartment issue I assume.

This property was in a wonderful location and the off street/gated parking was great. My family walked to the zoo twice and we walked to local restaurants and church as well. We were fairly disappointed however with the condition of the property. First of all, the code to get into the building was the same as the code to get into our apartment which felt somewhat unsafe. There weren't enough sheets for the two futons which were required to sleep all 6 of us. The TV was not operational because the Roku remote did not work even after we tried to change the batteries. Furniture was broken - chair legs/lamps. Check-in was also a little different. The ID security verification website the property manager uses requires you to upload your passport information. If you try to use your driver's license you unintuitively have to enter the information as a European ID. I was able to get a hold of the property manager who walked me through it and was very friendly and greatly appreciated, but it wasn't a logical experience. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioners kept up well though the temperature outside was not very warm.

Very disappointing

The property garage welcomed with trash everywhere, drain water ,bad smell and mosquitos. It was horrible and I had to find parking on street side. The apartment was not cleaned properly, lot of dust on the floor. Not enough lighting in living area. Only one table lamp in corner. Closets filled with old rugs. One of the mattresses seems to be very old and getting shrink inside. Headboards are loose and not fixed to bed/wall. Refrigerator was very old felt like it will break while operating and it’s not balanced as well. No electric outlet in kitchen for toaster. There is one, which was blocked and inoperable. Kitchen drawers are very dirty, looks like not being used for quite long. There is no exhaust in bathroom. The property pictures do not show actual state and they are zoomed to corners to hide original condition. Except location nothing everything else is bad.

Great location, useful kitchen.

This was a great little apartment! I stayed there with my hubby and 4 kids aged 7-16. The good stuff- the location is fantastic. I loved having an entire apartment full sized kitchen, the rooms were large, both bedrooms have ac units, The appliances all worked as expected. New windows were easy to open and all had screens. There was parking in a locked garage and also on the street. The unit was easy to find and only up a couple stairs. The property manager was very responsive. Negatives- the parking garage is on a steep incline and is very small. If you drive a larger vehicle (like a minivan) you may find it difficult to get in and out. The apartment is minimally-but functionally- furnished. There are sheets for the futons, and duvets but no futon covers, and pillow cases but no extra pillows for those beds. Granted, there were 4 pillows on each of the queen beds. The futons are not the same size as a double bed, unless children are sleeping on them they only fit one person. The kitchen is missing: hot pads, dish drainer, anything to scrub dishes with or wipe the table with, dish towels, full sized cookie sheets, frying pans, butter knives. If you plan to really cook anything, bring your own things to cook with. It's an older property that has been redone so it's got some character but I would book this again. It's comfortable and convenient, just bring a few extra things if you're in doubt bc it might not have all the things you're used to! Good property & experience!
