The condo was equipped with everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay. Had a small glitch with the T.V. which took a few days to resolve and the next people in will have to figure it out also. I would definitely recommend this condo as it felt very private and quiet. We liked the fact that we could easily walk to the pool. In general a very friendly environment.

Very clean apartment

We had such a lovely stay at these apartment during our vacation. The place was beautifully equipped with everything we could possibly need — it truly felt like a home away from home. Everything was clean, cozy, and very comfortable.

The unit is very nice, bright and comfortable. A/C worked great. Nice patio and overall very clean.Two issues. The first, the fridge condenser was leaking and the fridge was not very cold. This led to some of our meat spoiling on the second day. The host was contacted multiple times and did not provide any response even after photos of the leaky condenser and water on floor were provided. Kitchen sink had a leak in it with a bucket underneath which had overflowed near the end of our trip and we only became aware of such a problem once there was dirty kitchen sink dripping from the cabinets to the floor.I did reach out to voice my concerns before leaving a review and was promised via chat someone would be in contact with me; however, it has been almost a month and I have 2 days left to leave a review - still, nothing.Happy with the unit. Very disappointed with Coldwell Banker as a property manager / host. Poor service and non-existent communication.

The condominium was clean, quiet, nice view out the back. kitchen was well equipped, the are beach chairs available. It is a 20 minute walk to the beach which is doable. The pool was nice, not a lap pool, did not try the hot tub. The area property is well maintained.

Everything You Need In a Great Location

We love staying at The Grand Champions Wailea! The apartment is fully equipped and the treats provided on check-in are a nice touch. A top floor oasis in a spot that is walking distance to everything. We would definitely stay again when we return! Thank you.

The property was clean, quiet, and safe. Which is why we chose it. We had a rental car; thus getting to nearby shops and restaurants was easy. There are shops and restaurants near the property. But its Wailea, therefore, not cheap. But we will return. We had a great 4-day get away. We drove away from Wailea to do things. Wailea was chosen for the quietness, cleanliness, and peace. The condo was exactly as described on Expedia.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our unit (136) is quit dated. The broken vertical blinds in the bedroom were not what we expected. We were able to hang a blanket over the blinds and create the privacy that is expected in any such location. Other than this we enjoyed the beautiful location and comfort.

These are Our favorite condos in Wailea. Close to beautiful beaches and good snorkeling. But not as expensive as the beachfront resorts. Lovely home in peaceful garden setting. We love to Walk to beach front paved trail every morning for exercise. Highly recommend a morning Paddle board and kayak rentals at Polo beach, got to swim with a passing pod of spinner dolphins. Saw turtles, an octopus and a curious reef shark were amazing! The condo was perfect for us. Spacious layout with private bedroom off the main living area. Kitchen was stocked with basic utensils, no food, oil or seasonings other than salt/ pepper. Which is understandable - just plan for that If you’re planning to cook . Would definitely stay again!!! Thank you so much for everything!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pros: the property is clean, the king size bed is comfortable, there are two bathrooms, the community is fairly quiet and the other guests and residents were pleasant, the management company was relatively quick to respond to issues, the unit is within walking distance of Wailea shops and dining.The cons: the property is in dire need of an update, the cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms are so old that most hang open, the bathrooms have dingey tile, the decor is uninspired, the TV is ridiculously complicated to figure out and you have to reset it each time you want to watch, the cabinet floor under the kitchen sink is rotted out, we experienced ants around all sinks, the email we received with door codes and wifi had enough incorrect information to make it annoying (thus our first call to the management company), the tennis club directly behind the unit allows pickleball to be played rather late on certain nights (i.e., it's noisy), if you're on the deck and the AC is running, it's so loud and hot you can't enjoy being out there.

Aloha Catherine, Mahalo for leaving your review. We have an agent set to investigate some of your concerns and relay them to the the owner. Sadly, the a/c is only able to vent in that locations. It is best to turn them off to avoid the noise.
