Everything is great but if you have a large SUV or truck, parking will be tight. If you have an extended cab or suv body, probably not going to make it fit in the garage built circa 1980 before large SUV’s were a thing.

Brian Head Condo

The property is very well located near the slopes. Communication was very good with rapid response time. Plenty of underground parking for two vehicles. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean, plenty of towels, hot water and heat. Great wood burning fireplace with lots of wood in the garage. The condo has been updated but is in desperate need of a deep cleaning. The kitchen was well stocked but needs attention . I used the dirty oven while there and was fearful it would produce smoke. Layer of dust on blinds, doors and some furniture. With that said, we did enjoy ourselves. This condo has so much potential. Find new cleaning people!!

Perfect Family Condo!

This condo was perfect for our family of 6. It had everything we could possibly need. Great selection of movies, games, books, etc. Lots of firewood available for cozy nights inside. Easy access and the underground garage was perfect for those super cold days/nights. Love, love, love this condo. I will defiantly be booking again in the future.

Family Holiday

The condo was perfect for our family holiday. The kitchen had all the cooking utensils that we needed. There was a large table for dining and the family room with two couches was great. The master bedroom was large and had its own bathroom. The second bedroom, although smaller, held a bunkbed that suited our family. The condo was quiet and secluded. The book that contained the check-in and check-out instructions was succinct and to the point. The parking garage was too small for our large vehicle so we had to park outside and there was limited outside parking.

Probably the best place I have stayed in Brian Head over the last 6 years

Not excited about a 100 cleaning feel charged and in the book it has you doing most the cleaning or you pay another 350. We left the place spotless unlike the people before us. I should be paid...

Thank you so much for your feedback. You definitely went above and beyond with the cleaning; you left our place spotless and we appreciated that. There may have been a miscommunication with regards to our expectations. We did not expect you to clean; that is what we hire cleaners for. As it was stated in the book, we only expect the towels to be left in the tub, trash to be taken out, and fireplace ashes to be removed. We apologize that it was interpreted that we expected more. I will rewrite the book and make sure that it super clear for future guests. Thank you again for being such great renters. We hope you enjoyed you time in Brian Head. Happy New Year!
