Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are sad to hear that you were less than satisfied with your stay, but this is the first time we are hearing from you. We wish you would have called our office during your stay so we could address any issues immediately. It is especially surprising that you found the linens to be subpar, because we recently invested in brand new all white linens and towels for all our properties. Our staff is trained in COVID Safe Practices. Housekeepers use cleaning products to disinfect between stays. Dirty laundry is washed in commercial machines that can heat to high temps to ensure our linens are properly sanitized. The cabin does have 4 bedrooms - a primary bedroom on the bottom floor, two bedrooms on the middle floor and a bunk room on the top floor. We pride ourselves on accurate pictures and virtual tours so guests don’t have any unexpected surprises. If a guest contacts VRBO about issues during their stay, VRBO will reach out to us directly so we can help the guest. We did not get any such call from VRBO or anyone in your party. We also provide guests with an after-hours emergency number so they can always reach a live local person during their stay. We invite you to call us so we can discuss the matter. Here are some examples: Feb 2021 - This cabin was prefect for our recent family trip. Everything was clean, and exceeded all of our expectations. Dec 2020- Excellent property and mgmt team! Unit itself was great for the price and the office was helpful and responsive to any inquiries. When you came into our office to get directions to the cabin, you seemed distressed and irritated. Members of your party had already checked-in so we needed to verify you were on the guest list. We asked for identification and after confirming your ID, our staff promptly gave you a map with turn-by-turn directions on how to get to the cabin. We take our security measures seriously.
