We really appreciate your 5-star review and are happy to hear your expectations were met at our property! Our Destination Amelia team works hard to ensure our listings are completely accurate and reflect our fully equipped, updated vacation rentals. We are grateful for the blender suggestion and our team will assess whether that needs to be replaced. Thanks again for being our guest!

Your 5-star review and this feedback is much appreciated! Besides the stairs, our townhouse does not have carpet, only rugs. Our team installs new ones if needed to keep our space feeling refreshed. We are glad you had a great stay overall and hope you will come back to stay with us again!

While we appreciate your honest feedback, our Destination Amelia team was very surprised to receive this negative feedback, especially given we had communicated with you so much and you chose to extend your stay too. If there are ever any cleaning concerns, our housekeeping team would love the opportunity to make it right, as we are active in this area on the island every day. They would have been happy to stop by on your first day and address any dust bunnies missed and run the hot water for you (all that's needed as it's common in our area when units are not used for a few weeks and water sits in hot water heater.) We sincerely apologize for this unpleasant surprise and you feeling like you needed to buy water. We hope you know for the future that you can touch base absolutely anytime! As for the accuracy of the photos, we do believe the outside of the townhouse is displayed accurately and while the inside might have minor changes (like a new rug or different brightness/natural lighting depending on the time of the day), we firmly believe the photos are high quality and fair. This is why nearly all of our guests select "listing accuracy" for reasons they like our unit after checkout and two recent reviewers specifically commented that the unit was "exactly as advertised." We're glad you had a restful beach week overall in spite of your concerns and genuinely wish you the best.

Wonderful! Thank you for the thorough review. We are so pleased that you found the townhouse to be clean and with all the conveniences needed for a relaxing beach stay. Thank you for the recommendation! We loved having you as our guest and hope to host you again on your next trip to Amelia Island!
