Mahalo for your five star review. We’re happy to hear you enjoyed the convenient location, pool, and well-stocked unit. It was our pleasure to assist you, and we hope to host you again soon!

Mahalo for your great review! We’re happy to hear you found the place spotless and well set up. Glad the A/C and fans kept you comfortable and that the pool and beaches were perfect for the kids. Awesome that you enjoyed the beach gear too. Hope to have you back soon.

Mahalo for your review! We’re glad you enjoyed the extras and had a great stay. We apologize for the tennis court fees - the courts are run by a separate organization, so they do charge for play. We appreciate the feedback and hope to host you again.

Thank you for staying at Kahala #121. I am replacing carpet and pad August 18-23 with new commercial grade quality and will upload new photos once it is completed. Glad that you enjoyed your week in paradise!

Mahalo Suchitra for your review. I reviewed your folio and see no requests for any maintenance. I do see you called about moving because of the nearby pool construction and we offered to move you. You chose the discount instead. In any event, we are sorry for any oversight on any maintenance and for any inconvenience that it may have caused you. Aloha.

Thank you’ Gkad that you both enjoyed my condo and Kauai! Patty

Mahalo Mark for your review and comments. Usually, the trades help keep the temperature down, but some days when the wind slows it may not feel as cool. Please know we do have many units that are fully air-conditioned and our team is happy to help you select the perfect property on your next visit. Looking forward to hosting you again. Aloha.

Thank you for staying at kahala #121 last month. Yes, summer can be war in Hawaii. So sorry about the ice maker miscommunication. My repairman was delayed in advising me that the part is discontinued and you had written me that you purchased ice trays so I assumed that ice trays were working OK. I am at the condo this week and the ice maker is working but output is not high volume. The frig is only 5 years old so I hate to send it to the landfill. Thank you for your feedback. Patty

Thank you, Larry! So great to have you at Kahala #121 and I appreciate your comments. I have only owned it for a few months and am upgrading it as often as I can. Mahalo!

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We’re happy to hear that you enjoyed the condo’s cleanliness, convenient location, tasteful décor, and its proximity to the beach. We’re sorry to hear that you found the location to be noisy. We truly appreciate your perspective and will take it into consideration. To clarify, VRBO serves as a marketing platform, but your reservation was managed directly by The Parrish Collection, which owns the listing and required the signed rental agreement as part of our booking process. Since we processed your payment, we also handled these requirements directly. Regarding the ID verification, our policy requires identification for last-minute bookings to ensure a smooth check-in process. While your reservation was made about 10 days before arrival, this policy was outlined during booking, and we regret any inconvenience it may have caused. We appreciate your stay with us and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again.

Mahalo Amy for your review. While September can be a warm month, we provide standing fans and there are ceiling fans in each room to help cool things down. Additionally, this unit has many side windows, which also let the breezes blow through the unit day and night. We are sorry that it was a little warmer than usual, and we hope to host you again.

Mahalo Jennifer for your review and comments. We are happy to hear that you had a lovely stay with your family. We cannot wait to host you again soon.

thank you for staying at my vacation condo and for the great travel tips for future guests. Appreciate your kind words and review! Mahalo, Patty

Mahalo Eric for your review and feedback. Even though the speed limit on Poipu Road is 25 mph and the island typically quiets down at 9 pm, we understand how hearing the cars could be unpleasant for some. We are sorry if the noise disrupted your stay. For next time, we can help you find a unit set further from the road at Kahala or any of our other properties. Regarding the lanai, we can share your concerns with the owner and discuss adding one. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the pool. We look forward to hosting you again soon.

Mahalo for the great review!. We're glad to hear the home and location made your stay memorable. It’s always great when Kauai leaves such a lasting impression-we’d be happy to welcome you back anytime!
