Clean and cozy 750 square foot downstairs apartment in a duplex.

Located in a quiet, single family home neighborhood.

Close to bases, UAA, AK Regional Hospital, Providence, ANTHC, downtown, midtown.

Two bedrooms, one bathroom; one bedroom has a queen size bed and the smaller bedroom has a full size bed.

Key code entry. Off street parking.

Full kitchen. Big screen tv with Firestick and high-speed internet.

Washer and dryer in unit.

No smoking inside. Smoking is fine outside in the front yard or on the porch.

Security camera and Ring doorbell on the front of the house.

Check in is 3 pm and check out if 11:30 am. Late/early checkout is fine depending on availability.

If anything in the unit is not up to your standards, please let me know within the first hour.

Perfectly comfortable. We had some issues with parking but Maia addressed it quickly. This location was good for us while visiting my son on JBER. Close to shopping and restaurants.

Great place!

Comfy simple clean nice quiet place to stay for a few days! Appreciate the few small touches - nice towels, mirrors all around the place so they were easy to use, coffee. Close access to UAA campus.

The location was perfect. Close to Providence Hospital. There was a nice park close by as well.

This is the best equiped rental I have stayed in. A full size fridge would be nice.

Excellent little property to stay at. Great location and she has all the little things you need so you don’t have to bring, Keurig, blow dryer, straightener, razors, etc. very nice.beds are very comfortable too.

Exactly what we were looking for

This little rental was the perfect place for my mom and I to rest before heading towards the Interior. Everything was neat and orderly and just as described. Thanks for a lovely, safe place to spend a couple of nights.

Great home base for seeing Anchorage.

Clean, good location, and quiet. Appreciated the kitchen being stocked for DYI breakfasts. Kitchen was setup suitable for us to prepare other meals as well.

The 2-bedroom apartment was very comfortable and spotless!!! It was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans for preparing meals. Maia was an amazing host!!!
