We had a great time. The house clean and well stocked with linens and towels.The floors (including the porch) need a detailed cleaning. There was so much sand and debris on the porch and under the furniture, it was hard to keep the floors clean during our stay. Otherwise, everything was perfect. It was just what we needed! We had a lovely time.

House was smaller than I thought it would be, having to access the bedrooms through the bathroom was very inconvenient, if someone was in the restroom, you were stuck in the bedroom until the bathroom was unoccupied. The fan on the screened in porch did not work, so there was no relief from the heat..

Good Location, Reasonable Price

We stayed as a family of 6. The property was as described and fairly clean. The location is good, easy walking distance to ocean, waterpark and grocery store. The property is equipped with lots of linens and most kitchen necessities. We messaged the host about a couple small issues and the host responded but no one came to address the problems. The property is small but the main feature is its proximity to many park attractions and it is not on the main street therefore quieter at night.

Cute little house was perfect for our needs. Easy check in.. strong WiFi and cool air conditioning! Really close to all the attractions. Incredible response time from the owner. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

House was nice, but not as big as the pictures showed it to be. Bathrooms were not convenient where they lead into two bedrooms. Makes using the bathrooms inconvenient to use when multiple people are staying at this location.

A Great Family Home

I can’t say enough about this home. We had an awesome family vacation and the home exceeded our expectations. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to in a few short minutes! I love that each of my children had their own space and it felt like a cozy and comfy home. The screen porch was great to sit out on and not worry about getting bit by bugs! Will definitely stay here again in the future!

Beach vacation with friends

Was really short and sweet We spent a lot of our time at the beach which was a minute walk from our little cottage I enjoyed walking out and watching the sunrise..where we stayed at there was a huge water park in walking distance was very clean and had so much fun there as well

Would rent again. Hopefully with no issues with internet. Also suggest tvs in all rooms if possible and the master bed may need replacing.

Cute little house

First and foremost, excellent communication with the owner. When we arrived, the house was dirty, we had to clean dishes and counters to use. Spoke to owner and he immediately refunded the cleaning fee. In the pictures it shows bar stool seating at the counter, there were none. We had 5 people and only 4 chairs. The owner did offer to get some delivered in, we made due. 2 of the bedrooms are very small with no dressers, the pictures didn’t show dressers but one would assume there would be. The bedroom off the kitchen, the mattress should be updated, sags in the center. The location was very nice and ease to all amenities All in all we had a great week and would consider staying again!

This home is a very short and easy walk to the beach, the onsite water park, several small ponds and other amenities. It has room for 2 vehicles, easy ground-level access, and a lovely screened porch.

This house is perfectly situated between the thrills and excitement of Myrtle Beach and the serenity, natural beauty and dining experiences for which the South Strand is known. We love that the screened porch is shaded from the hot afternoon sun, but does not prevent the salty breeze.
