トレンディなバラード地区に位置する美しい100年前の3階建てのれんが造りのチューダーの家に新しく改装され、完全に家具付きの大きな1ベッドルームのアパート。 キングサイズベッドとクイーンサイズの引き出しは、600平方フィートの低層アパートで最大4名まで宿泊できます。 広いリビングルーム、キッチン、バス（Wi-Fi付）、テレビ、ユーティリティルームがあります。 私たちの地下アパートは路外駐車場とあなた自身の別の入り口でプライバシーをたくさん提供しています。 シアトルセンター、アマゾン、ダウンタウン、シアトルのその他すべての素晴らしいアトラクションに簡単にアクセスするための急行バスまで徒歩わずか4分です。 Ballardのトレンディなレストラン、バー、コーヒーショップ、Ballard Locks、ゴールデンガーデンズビーチ、新しいNordic Heritage Museumの近くにあります。 次回のシアトルへの訪問を主催したいと思います。

Had a great stay. Very quiet - roomy. Excellent location. Alice was wonderful - checked me in personally and left a welcome packet that included a great list of nearby restaurants and stores. I did not have a car, however, I did notice there's a good bit of street parking always available (big plus).

The place was exactly as described. Alice was a wonderful and very responsive host. The place had everything we needed and was conveniently located near public transportation. The bed was comfy and the basement stayed cool on hot days. Check in and check out was easy. Would stay here again!

This place had everything that my family of four needed and more. The property was clean walking distance to many restaurants and activities. I also am a fan of vintage furniture and it was decorated so cute and was very inviting. The host was very nice and responsive with communication. I would love to stay there again in the future.

The locale was excellent and the off-street parking a must! Alice was a great host and always available. The only issue was the kitchen sink which constantly needed to be plunged, even though we knew disposal didn't work and didn't put anything down the drain. So mention it so she will look into that. Otherwise the experience was good!

Tom and Deb were lovely guests, and I thank them for letting me know about the garbage disposal. I had a problem with the drain and thought it was fixed following a previous guest. My cleaner worked on the sink today, but I will get a licensed plumber to replace the disposal and fix the drain.

This was a nice clean place to come back to at the end of the day! It was nice to have a full kitchen and laundry when needed. It was kind of tight and not a whole lot of privacy for 4 adults, but we made it work! Host had great communication and it was great to be able to park in the driveway.

The host was lovely and was available to welcome us to the Vrbo despite getting in late in the evening. The property itself had a great backyard patio and comfortable bed. The neighborhood was close to many great restaurants. Highly recommend.

The basement apartment had everything we needed: lots of natural light, blackout shades, roomy bedroom, full size refrigerator, stove, coffee makers, dishes and utensils, fully stocked bathroom. Another plus was off street parking in Alice’s long driveway. Several days we didn’t use our rental car because the bus stop to the ferry terminal, water front and downtown Seattle was a 4 minute walk away. The apartment has a separate lighted entrance at the back of the house.

The property is in a perfect location. The owner greeted me when I checked in and gave me a quick tour and then ensured privacy for the rest of the visit. The amenities were above adequate and a location was quiet. I would definitely stay there again.

I'm a retired non-profit executive. I love my roses and having people enjoy my home. I've lived in Ballard since 1975 and seen it change from a quiet Scandinavian neighborhood to a trendy hangout for young professionals with lots of local coffee shops, restaurants, bars and breweries. It still reflects some of its Nordic Heritage with the nearby fishing fleet, a few shops and National Nordic museum.
My roots are in corn country in the Midwest, so my interest in gardening comes naturally. I have a concrete lamb on the front porch and a straw pig planter on the back deck just to remind me of the farm
I am active in politics and you will often see a political sign in my yard and or window.

My son attended preschool nearby and everyday I would pass this house and thought how wonderful it would be to own this brick Tudor. We already enjoyed living in the area and we were outgrowing our little 2 bedroom bungalow. When I saw the sign For Sale By Owner, we jumped at the chance to buy it. I have never been sorry.
The previous owner had a large pool table in what is now the downstairs bedroom. My son lived downstairs while attending college and I've rented it off and on to friends. A water problem in 2015 damaged drywall and furnishings. I've done extensive remodeling - creating a secure entrance, upgrading the bathroom, lighting and appliances and installing new flooring throughout.
I love that the property is in Ballard on a fairly quiet street with well-maintained single-family homes, but close to public transportation and all the amenities Ballard and Seattle have to offer - Woodland Park Zoo, the beach, restaurants with great seafood, Greenlake, the waterfront, the locks with the salmon ladder, Pike Place Market, breweries within a mile, and world-class museums. These are a few of my favorite things, but you can discover many more.

I was particularly attracted to the brick Tudor architecture of the house. The brick wall and steps and sidewalk leading up to the porch and front door set it off from the other houses on the block. The original fireplace in the living room and row of leaded glass windows in the dining room are distinctive. At one time it was the parsonage for the church property next door. In addition to the property being well-maintained, I appreciate the more expansive lawn area on the side yard. It has a longer paved driveway that accommodates safe, off street parking for guests' vehicles - a distinct advantage in a busy neighborhood within parking range of Ballard high school.with its many student drivers.
