Not a good place

The furniture and furnishings are very cheap. Mattress is like concrete. decor is fine but you have no tv unless you log in to your streaming service. what is available is in spanish. We like staying at Plantation but we will never stay here again. Floors were so nasty we layed sheets on the floors to be able to walk around. Utensils were dirty too.

Old property. Fire alarm when off three times in middle of the night due to old wiring and they evacuated entire building.

Mother daughter getaway.

Cute little place for a getaway. We didn't use any of the appliances or kitchen items (we had no plans on cooking) and was just looking for a place to hangout and sleep on the beach. We did have a few issues when arriving. The AC and toilet. Maintenance was on top of it and got us taken care of. Would definitely stay here again.

Spring Trip

The room is clean and as advertised. It is very small, the balcony as well. The amenities are great. The walk to amenities is the distance of the building, which wasn't expected.

The location was great beach wise. It’s 20 minutes from any store, shopping. There were pans provided, but they didn’t fit in the oven. The bed & pull out was very uncomfortable, recommend a mattress topper. The home was very clean, condo was very family friendly, beach was not crowded. I was disappointed with the lack of (zero) response when I submitted a work order the day of arrival. The tub doesn’t drain. The shower water pressure was so terribly strong it was hard for me as an adult to shower & I could not let my child shower in it. I had to put a wash cloth over the shower head and tie a hair tie around it to help strain the water. I followed up twice on the work order & ended up leaving a day early.

Short beach stay

The condo was very, very nice. We had a unit facing the ocean! If you stay there, know that parking is an additional $35, there were no hand towels or wash cloths and no additional beach towels. However we were supplied with 4 towels. The location is a bit remote with stores 10+ mins away. There is only one dining area on the property and it is small. Enjoyed having umbrellas and lounge chairs available to rent for $40/day. We would definitely go back!

I loved how rain dripped from the window above the bed, onto the bed, waking me up. I loved the black mold above the shower. I loved the cockroaches in the cabinets. I loved the broken iron and ironing board, and the broken table on the balcony. Also, I had to throw the trash can out because it was split down the sides unable to contain a trash bag. Also both sinks and bathtub have drain issues. Other than that.....

Small quiet beach condo

Great location, room overlooking the beach, everything was in place. The bed and sofa bed was ok, but needs and upgrade. One of the chairs needs to be steam cleaned.

Great getaway destination

Enjoyed the peace and quiet of Fort Morgan. A lot less populated than Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. Love Gulf Shores and Orange beach but was looking for something quiet and away from the crowds. Will definitely stay again.

Nice enough

This property worked okay for a last minute getaway. Room had a nice view but was inconvenient coming and going to the beach but I guess that is to be expected being on the 4th floor. Our 6 year old slept on the pull out and I definitely wouldn't recommend it for anything other than a small child as it was super uncomfortable the small amounts of time I laid with her. Kitchen was sufficient. Bathroom shower could use some updating. Shower head is very short if that bothers you.

Great place to stay! Needs a little updating but very nice! One suggestion put TV on wall mount so it could be turned so can watch from bed.

Great condo - poorly represented view

This was such a great condo inside! Clean, comfortable, well stocked with everything we needed for our vacation. The balcony however was completely covered with a scaffold and a big blue tarp that blocked our entire view of the Gulf. Now, I understand construction - but this was not disclosed in the description or at any point during the booking process. If that was disclosed, I probably would have looked at a different property. That’s the only problem. We did have a good time and loved eating at the Sassy Bass which is located on the bottom floor of the condo unit. We would stay here again, but I will make double triple sure that there is no scaffold and tarp at my unit.

The condo was clean great access to the beach Close to everything we needed Had a great time!! I wish check in time was earlier than 4 pm And leaving by 9am a little later
