The condo had a beautiful view of the gulf. We enjoyed watching both the sunrise and sunsets from the balcony. The kitchen had a new stove, microwave, and countertops but could use some stocking of new dishes. The pans were few and very scratched. They did have new floors in the living room as well.

The view was beautiful. The overall experience was awesome. The furniture was and appliances was a little outdated and the tub didn’t drain well but you couldn’t beat the price for the view. It was also very clean. I give it a 4 out of 5. I would stay again

Nice complex, close to the beach, nice pools, and Sassy Bass restaurant is a nice dining option so you can stay on the beach all day.

Nice place

I love the beach and swimming pool view from the balcony. The place is adequate for 4 people. The beach is very close to the room. Amenities like kitchen, couch, extra comforts and pillows, etc are great to use.

My son, granddaughter and I enjoyed our stay in this simply designed and stocked condo environment. The listing was true to its pictures and amenities. The pull out sleeper sofa mattress was very uncomfortable, which led to a rating of 4.0 instead of a 5.0. This resort was quiet,family friendly and had dining options within walking distance or a short drive. The best part of our experience was the view from our balcony, swimming in the pool which has water levels from 1-5 feet to accommodate different swimming abilities and spending hours on the beach. I would definitely return to this Fort Morgan area in the future!

Pleasant Stay

We loved our condo! It was clean and welcoming! We felt like we were coming home each day. The mattress on the sleeper sofa was really thin and so we bought an air mattress. Otherwise, we had a great stay and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood!

Loved the view, condo was very clean. Since it was wintertime not a lot of pool activity, which was more to my liking. Would definitely come back in December-February timeframe.

Great Location

We loved the location, top floor with a balcony right overlooking the pool and the beach. Just the right size for the two of us. Very clean on check in and the process of getting into the complex and into the unit was very easy. There are elevators and luggage carts on the first floor.

Clean, nice basic unit

We loved the balcony view and cleanliness of this unit. It was more roomy than another we previously booked, though had less storage and hooks for beach gear and sandy shoes. The kitchen was lacking some basic supplies that would have been nice to have on hand, but the Dollar General was a quick drive away.
