Great Place!

Great location, very clean, very well equipped kitchen. Great with noise. The younger set stayed up till 3:30 am, in the living, never woke “the older set” in the upstairs room or the other room on the main floor. Would definitely stay there again!!

Perfect neighborhood

Three senior women stayed here. Great restaurants within walking distance, very convenient supermarket and a super bakery, all within blocks. Felt very safe. House is very quiet but lots of stairs. Kitchen was well appointed. Owner was very easy to work with. Off street parking was very helpful. This home added to our wonderful vacation in the Twin Cities.

Lovely historic home in great Uptown location

The house is just as the photos present and Angela was a great host. The upstairs bathroom is small, but that's part of the charm in an older home. The openness and light in the main rooms was quite nice. We were there during the hottest week (90+ degree days) this year and the house stayed nice and cool all day. We really enjoyed the evenings on the deck and were pleasantly surprised at how quiet the neighborhood was most of the time. There are a few good restaurants within walking distance that we enjoyed going to since we really didn't want to spend our vacation cooking! Also, the walk to Bde Maka Ska was quick. It's a lovely lake to take a long walk or bike. There's a playground and beach where people were swimming! Overall, this is a nice property and we would definitely consider staying there again. A few things to consider: The main room upstairs has a large window that faces east...take a sleep mask unless you like waking up at dawn. There are a few games for 7-8 year olds and some good books for adults. Bring your login info if you want to watch any streaming tv. There are not any local channels available on the tv's. If you're not used to allyways, having a car with a back up camera is useful. The garage and parking spot in back are very convenient compared to finding street parking, but the ally is narrow and can be a challenge to get your car out if you are not used to it (we were not at first...). Thank you for a lovely stay!

Great spot in Uptown

Easy check-in, prompt communication and a great space. We had a group of 6 and there was plenty of room for us all. A great location too on a relatively quiet street with lots of restaurants in walking distance!

This spacious, two story, upper level duplex is flooded with natural light and charm. Full kitchen is complete with all cookware needed to prepare and serve an amazing meal. Comfortable living area opens up to spacious dining area with large table and buffet. Beautiful views of tree lined street from the living room and outdoor porch.

Location! Location! Location!

Just 3 blocks from Lake Bde Maka Ska and Lake of the Isles which offer beautiful paths for walking, running, biking, and picnics. Bike, canoe, paddle board and skate rentals are available seasonally. Interested in cross country skiing or tubing-Theodore Wirth Park is just 4.5 miles away.
Organic green juice and a wine bar barely a block out the front door! Just a block and a half away from Calhoun Square's shopping, cooking classes and restaurants.

Relax and unwind in one of three spacious bedrooms with Nectar mattresses, organic bedding and satin pillowcases.
