Second floor only residence in building + private roof top 10'x10' deck. Have little ones? Pack n play and high chair available. 1/2 block from the midtown greenway bike path which takes you to the chain of lakes (including Lake Bde Maka Ska (formerly Calhoun). 1 mile to rent kayaks on cities lake chain. One free parking spot

Comfy beds, great bathroom, convenient location (note it’s on a busy street). Kitchen could use a couple more basic items, and living area made a tad cozier. Very communicative host and speedy check-in.

We stayed here to attend a Vikings games and everything was great! The location, space, and communication with the property owner was all fantastic. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is nice, very clean and a good location. The parking is easy and the beds are comfortable But there was a very loud electronic dance music party in the parking lot outside the condo one night till 2am.

Close to everything!

Great location w ball park and beach nearby, clean, easy communication w owner, slept 6 (including kids) comfortably, free parking, and nice to sit outside on rooftop deck. Located on top of a business and a lot of foot traffic near the entrance as we came and went..

Great place to stay

Perfect location to stay and walking distance to lots of restaurants and bars. 4 minutes to the hwy, and easy to get around the area. Our purpose for the stay was the close proximity to several of the snow ski areas (Hyland Hills, Buck Hill, and Afton Alps). The place had all the kitchen accessories that we needed. We really enjoyed our stay

Enjoyable stay

The condo was a great spot for our family - clean and comfortable. It was nice to be the only unit in the building and to have a dedicated parking spot. Owner is very responsive. Would stay here again!

Perfect place, perfect location

If you are looking for a well appointed, clean and modern stay, this is the perfect place. So close to the lakes (amazing running right out the door), walking distance to great restaurants and shops. Highly recommend.

Great location! Close to everything. The place is clean and has everything you will need for a great vacation. Easy parking and you can walk to some great restaurants. Jason is a great host, he is very accommodating! Trust when I say this; don’t pass it up , it’s well worth it in a great city!

An east, private spot in a choice location

This was a perfectly sized spot for our family of four, including an infant and three year old. Easy parking, friendly communication with the owner, and a great location in our favorite Minneapolis neighborhood. Would happily book again.

This property has been used as a rental since summer 2021. Call it a pandemic project, my goal was to make a place that a traveler can relax and feel modern comforts, but placed in a perfect part of the city for food, drink and entertainment. Its the only condo in the building and is really private. In the summer, you are so close to activities to enjoy MN at its best.
