We liked it overall. But I was surprised at the amount of areas that seemed worn or dirty. Frequent offers of clean towels were appreciated. Laundry machines were not working during our stay. Shuttle stop right at the property was great.

Great place for a girls weekend

We stayed at hidden ridge resort for my friend’s bachelorette, the location was great and the bus made getting from the resort into town incredibly easy!

Great location to get in and out of town and to use as a base for exploring. Plenty of space to stretch out and relax too.

Fabulous relaxing spot

Stayed with a trio of friends and had the best time! Stayed after a few days of camping and it was amazing! The sauna hot tub pool is the best and easy bus access (you get a bus pass with stay!)to the city of Banff. 10/10 would recommend. Only reason its not 5 stars is there was a bit of water damage in one of the bathrooms, but nothing crazy bad. Also the art on the wall was pretty mid.

Stayed for night before Banff marathon

Good spot to crash, very nice hot tub/pool situation. Place was a bit worn out, but very clean. Happy with our stay there.

Banff Winter Adventure

Hidden Ridge was a fantastic place to stay for our party of 4. The staff were attentive, professional and accommodating. Our unit fit us perfectly and the location was excellent, we all agree we would definitely stay here again.

Ski trip

Excellent chalet with everything needed. Fireplace with wood pile included. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend this place for ski groups.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay! Yes, the property was a little dated, but it was clean and spacious for our grown family of 6 adults with one person using the sleeper sofa in game room downstairs. We were a few minutes from downtown Banff and the front desk offered free bus passes that picked you up on the property. We would stay here again

Hidden Ridge

Absolutely wonderful place to stay and perfect for our family of five. Hidden Ridge is a gem that we will be visiting again. We used the grills, made fires in our condo each night and enjoyed the hot tub! The ROAM bus made it easy to travel down town to shop & eat! Banff is a must see and Hidden Ridge is a perfect place to stay.

Pleasant Stay at Hidden Ridge

We booked Hidden Ridge resort for a family vacation in Banff and had a great time. While older/small the unit we booked was in a great location and accommodated our family of 5 (including an infant) quite well! Most importantly, the on-site staff was very helpful and responsive. We had an issue day 1 with a leak and they came right away and helped fix it. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Location

Great Location! Pool/Hot Tub and Sauna were a great benefit. We would stay in same complex again. Our Condo had a weird smell and was very musty in basement!
