4つのベッドルーム、2つのフルバス、オフィス、2階にある美しい2階建ての家。 メインのリビングエリアは階下にあり、リビングルームとダイニングルームを見渡す完全オープンキッチンがあり、おもてなしに最適です。 裏庭は完全に手入れされており、快適なパティオ家具が備わっています。 犬の公園など、家の徒歩圏内にいくつかの公園があります。 舗装されたウォーキングコースと自転車トレイルは、正面玄関から簡単にアクセスできるようにコミュニティを囲んでいます。

ベッドルーム：
マスターベッドルームは、キングサイズのベッドを備えたメインフロアに位置しています。 マスターバスにはシャワーとダブルシンクがあります。 階下の子供用プレイルームには、楽しめるおもちゃや本がたくさんあります。 メインフロアにあるバスルームはハーフバスです。
3ベッドルームは2階にあります。 家の西側の寝室にはクイーンサイズのベッドがあります。 コンボバス/シャワー付きのフルサイズのバスルームは、このベッドルームの隣にあります。 他の2つのベッドルームは家の東側にあり、各ベッドルームからアクセス可能なダブルシンク付きのフルバスルームを共有しています。
2階のロフトには、必要に応じて利用できるエアマットレスを備えた2番目のリビングエリアがあります。

Perfect place for a family

We cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay! Jasmin went above and beyond before, during, and after our stay to make sure things went well. The house itself was the perfect spot for two small families (4 adults, 3 children) with space to spare. Wonderful backyard space, living area, play rooms, and walking distance to (at least) two parks. The home was spotless but also incredibly kid friendly. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Easy access to highways and restaurants. We would 100% rent again!

Owners Primary Residence - Don't waste your money, rent a hotel!

This is advertised as a 5 bedrooms, it is a 4 bedroom home and is a primary residence for the owners. There is a room off to the side of the bathroom on the main floor but it doesn't have a closet or door. It was disclosed on the day of my departure I was renting a primary residence. Blow up mattresses were provided not actual beds in some of the rooms. I have pet allergies, I was not informed the owners had pets. Although the house was clean the danger was still all around the house. It was very uncomfortable, we didn't take advantage of any of the reasons to rent a home verses a hotel (we ate out every meal because it was award to cook there). Don't waste your money, rent a hotel.

Unfortunately, this party showed up with more guests than they had made reservations for. When we found out there were more people than expected, we allowed them to stay anyway and informed them that we had 2 extra air mattresses in the closet which they were welcome to use. Our property description and photos show each room very clearly including a photo of our dogs in the back yard. Even still, our property is professionally cleaned before each party arrives. All of the beds in each bedroom are actual beds, not air mattresses. There was also an obvious cigarette smell when we re-entered the property, even though it clearly states it is non-smoking. Their choice to "not cook" in the kitchen was theirs to make but our kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, baking sheets, etc. It is unfortunate they left such a bad review. Please take notice of the review left by the family who stayed just a few days after this party did. They were happy to leave a 5 star review and even returned the following year.

Disappointment

On the drive back home I had a lot of time to think about this review. On one hand I don't want to be critical, but on the other hand I have to be honest. The house itself is beautiful and clean. It is situated near the Petroglyphs, Route 66 and Old Town. The kitchen was spacious and stocked well. They even purchased a new grill for the beautifully landscaped backyard. On our arrival Jazmin had yogurt and apples waiting for us. We didn’t ask for those items, but she knew we had traveled a long distance and might be hungry. It was nice to have healthy options rather than the junk food that we usually find at hotels and home rentals. Unfortunately, that’s where the good part ends. We spent the entire 30 days (yes an entire month) tortured by a barking dog. We never used the new grill which was especially unfortunate because the weather was unseasonably warm while we were there. The houses are very close and the neighbors have a small Pomeranian-type dog with a high pitched shrilly bark. It barked from 7am to 11pm. Jazmin said she contacted the neighbor a few times, but the problem continued. We had guests over and they couldn’t believe the noise we were dealing with. Jazmin asked in a text what could they do to make up for the nuisance. We didn’t reply right away hoping the neighbors would do something about the barking. But the noise continued, so we asked for a very nominal partial refund…roughly 11% of the entire amount we paid. We thought that was more than fair because most businesses or retail companies offer compensation when a service or item is defective whether or not it is their fault. Jazmin replied that we could leave early – we only had two days left and they would refund us those two days. That was not a feasible solution as we could not pack, say goodbye to all my family members and change hotel reservations for our trek back on a moment’s notice. When I explained this to her, Jazmin spouted VRBO cancellation policy. This wasn’t about cancelling. The was about a nuisance that she offered to make up for and reneged on. Money wasn't the issue for us; hoping the owners would do the right thing was. We have several video recordings of the dog. If high pitched barking doesn’t bother you, then the house is a beautiful option. Also to note: the streets are wide but fill up with cars parked on the street instead of their garage or driveway, so they become like a one lane road which is hazardous in the dark.

Beautiful Home!

We had a great time in this beautiful home! The house was perfect for our family, everyone had their own space and it was very clean! The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, the backyard was wonderful, and the neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Jasmin is a awesome host! She was very kind, made us feel welcome and comfortable. We would definitely rent this property again!

Another amazing stay! Jasmin was super helpful, every step of the way, from previsit help to pizza recommendations the evening we got in, to helpful tips for the balloon fiesta.
