We enjoy this property for many reasons:
*Safe, gated community. Locks on the perimeter gates, separate locks on the building with four access points. 24 hour security patrolling the property.
*Underground parking space with easy elevator access and shopping carts available for groceries.
*It feels like a resort with beautiful landscaping, golf course, and swimming pools.
*Our unit is located on the 6th floor that provides exceptional views of Camelback Mountain and McDowell Mountains. It's a corner unit NE facing. Camelback is to the west and can be seen from the 2nd bedroom with georgeous sunsets.
*The unit is quiet and comfortable with all the amenities for an extended stay.
*See the sunrise (if master BR blinds open) while still in bed. We love waking up to a golden sky in the morning and having coffee on the patio.
*It's a great place to relax and read a book.
*Easy access to PHX airport. It's less than a 15 minute ride and about $20 on Uber (2019).
*We like to jog and ride bikes. There is easy access to the Indian Wash Greenbelt just out the back gate of the property with many miles of trails.
*It is close to the Entertainment district and Old Town with so much to do.
*There are a few grocery stores within a mile. Some provide delivery or pre-order pickup service.
*There is a lot to do in the Phoenix area and easy driving distance from beautiful, scenic areas.
