Lovely apartment, nicely decorated. Lots of eating places nearby.

Lovely apartment, comfortable and nicely decorated. Well located, a Carrefour nearby and easy to walk either to the promenade or Place Massena. Lots of storage, comfy bed, air con was a bonus as it was sooo hot. Once the windows are closed it’s very quiet.

check-in and check-out: very quickly

All good, just the street is noisy, but as there is air conditionning, you can sleep with the windows cloded. The apartment has everything you need to relax. The beach and promenade are near the house. Walk 3 minutes. We really enjoyed.

Excellent, well located, comfortable and safe. The ideal vacation apartment!

We were really very happy with the apartment and with the staff at Ashley and Parker. The flat was exactly as shown in the pictures, the location was fantastic! It was very close to the beach, supermarkets, cash machine, restaurants and bars and well priced. We stayed in the apartment with a 9 month old baby and we were provided with a cot and high chair. The apartment was very safe for the baby. We kept the windows closed and used the air conditioner so there was no risk of him falling out of any open windowsdoors. In the welcome pack, the staff provided very useful emergency numbers including an emergency doctor and all night pharmacy. This is especially reassuring for a young family. I give both the apartment and the staff at Ashley and Parker 5 stars.

Great location!

Very happy with our stayed of a month. Location was very convenient. Close to the Promenade and countless restaurants. Unit marking was not clear and we had to try three units with the keys.

Vacances au top à Nice L'appartement est cosy, on s'y sent à son aise. Il est surtout très très bien placé, et offre donc un bon rapport qualité prix par rapport à une chambre d'hôtel.

Perfect Christmas Holidays

We stayed 1 week in this lovely apartment. It couldn't be a better location as we found all the shops and restaurants around the apartement. Nice is a very beautiful city, and we enjoyed to visit the city with 16° in December. Perfect Christmas Holidays

Séjour en amoureux

Nous venons de séjourner 1 semaine dans cet appartement de charme bénéficiant d'un emplacement en or. Nous étions à l'angle de la rue Dalpozzo et la Rue de France, nous pouvions donc rejoindre le bord de mer en une minute, ainsi que la rue piétonne qui nous emmenait directement sur la place masséna et la vieille ville. Nous avons pu faire facilement le Marché aux Fleurs, et visiter le marche de noël. Je vous conseille de faire un tour dans la grande roue installée sur la place masséna (à côté de la fontaine) qui vous fera admirer tout Nice. Le dernier jours, nous avons pu profiter de la ville jusqu'au soir, car l'agence nous a garder nos valises gratuitement comme dans un hotel ce qui a été très pratique pour nous.
