Modern, clean, comfortable, with ocean views and a garage!

My daughter and I loved the condo! The beds were comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was perfect, the place was super clean, and the view of the ocean from the living room and bedroom made it a perfect place to stay.

Fabulous

Had a mother daughter trip. The location was perfect. We walked to the beach and to restaurants in the area. It is stocked with the basics, but it has everything you need. We will definitely stay here again.

Good times

the unit is on the second floor which we prefer. It is close to the beach. We did a 1.5 mile loop almost every day. It’s close to town. We went to the French cafe. But be prepared to speak Spanish. There was a serious sand operation on the beach but it didn’t impact us.

Has everything we need including king bed,Internet, microwave , dishwasher, table for four, slight ocean view, close to the beach and a garage. We actually used the double bed

Beautiful property

Open and airy unit, very clean and stocked with everything needed (except scissors, but I had a pair, lol) Had coffee each morning on the balcony. Almost instant access to the beach for nightly sunsets. Very comfortable beds. We'll be renting again.....

California Dreamin’

A nice, clean, bright efficiency size apartment minutes away from beautiful Carlsbad Beach. The ocean is always in view from the front porch and window. You can keep the bedroom window open at night and hear the waves crash on the shore. Many restaurants and boutiques about a 15 minute walk away. Very enjoyable.

Perfect location and views.

This property is steps away from the beach. Very clean and modern. Also has a garage filled with beach gear. Will definitely stay here again.

My adult daughter came for the Oceanside a triathlon. We had a wonderful stay here in Carlsbad!

This property was perfect! We loved the close location to the beach and Carlsbad Village, Walking distance to both:) The condo was clean, bright and well decorated. The beds were extremely comfortable! We will come again for sure!!!

Overall, a nice stay

We really enjoyed staying at the apartment. We loved that we could just walk across the street and go to the beach. There were a couple small of things that we think need to be addressed. There needs to be a clock somewhere in the apartment and a mirror other than the one in the bathroom. At one point there was an issue with the garage door. We called the property manager listed twice, but she never called us back. Other than that we had a great stay.

Great stay comfortable beds

Great stay comfortable beds! Really enjoyed the location cleanliness will come back. Couple of things I can suggest is that they provide shampoo, soap coffee and a full length mirror for girls!!

Beach access

We stayed two weeks in the apartment. The location was perfect and the property manager was very responsive to some minor problems. Since we stayed two weeks there are a few things I wish I had known. There is no oven and very little storage space for food. Limited cooking options. The washer and dryer are not in the apartment but downstairs which was not conventient. I would definately stay again for a few days but it is not a good option for a longer stay.

Awesome stay!!

We loved every minute. The property is beautiful. Everything we needed was there - including beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, etc. Comfy beds and beautiful view of the beach from the living room and bedroom. Plus the location is amazing. Thanks for offering.

Immaculate property!!

Exactly as advertised. Large fridge with ice cube trays provided & filtered water pitcher. Five cup drip coffee maker. Well stocked cookware/dishes. Thoroughly enjoyed our week stay. Simply decorated & most importantly, very clean. Hope to return in the future!

Excellent Location!

We stayed at this property for 5 days and loved the location. It is close to the beach with ocean view from the living room. Property was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed the supply of beach chairs, sand toys, umbrellas, and boogie boards. There was even beach cruisers and a cooler to use if we needed them. We will highly recommend this property and plan to stay here again in the near future.

A beautiful getaway!

We spent the week traveling the West coast with our daughters and Carlsbad was our final destination for 4 nights. This unit was beautifully updated with modern decor and many sleeping options. The view of the ocean in the morning was a favorite as well as the convenient location to the beach, dinning and shops. We will definitely keep this in mind for future travel!

Great trip!

Close proximity to the beach. A bit of a walk to downtown, but manageable for an active family. Bring your own shampoo and body wash as none was included. Nice size washer/dryer on property and garage is an added bonus.

Great time!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was only a 1/2 block from the beach and a couple of blocks from an Italian restaurant. The place was clean and beds were comfortable. I was thankful that there was off street parking in the garage, which was shared by other residents. Just a few things, the TV reception kept cutting in and out. Not that big of a deal as we were enjoying the surrounding area. Also there was a lack of knives, forks, and spoons. We had a good time, thank you!

Wonderful location and immaculately furnished..... super clean and fresh.

Great location, steps from beach and walkways. Clean, contemporary property. Managers were friendly and made good local recommendations for dining and activities. Loved having He cruiser bikes available for riding around Carlsbad Village!
