Best Place in town

We spent two nice days in this beautiful flat. It is a great located to see the beautiful city in walking distance. A lovely place to relax. The flat was clean and well equipped. The roof top is amazing. The hosts are really polite and helpful. We really want to come back again.

A winner in Montpellier!

I spent almost four months at this spacious apartment only about 10-15 minutes to the center of town with lots of little shops along the way. Really close to tram stations that can connect you to the whole city. There's a park right across the street where people often take their dogs for some off-leash time and others just enjoy the space and weather. The apartment is really spacious and the kitchen was more than sufficient for me. There's no "real" oven if you're a serious cook or baker, but the microwave, four (five?) burner stovetop, a full sized fridge with freezer, and the Nespresso coffee machine were all I needed to thrive. All the utensils, plates, cups, etc., are there--I didn't use half of them! The bathroom is small but clean and the shower is great! The bedroom is very roomy with a desk that I moved to under the window where I could look out at the greenery. A generous clothes storage with hangers and baskets held all of my clothes, and drawers in the large dresser and in the desk held the little things. Handy side shelves on either side of the bed were perfect for the lamps and my books, phone, etc. There are over 40 steps to the apartment (just in case that's a concern for you), but as a routine they didn't bother me. Finally, Jean-Francoise was terrific; he lives on the ground floor of the building so was always available if I had a question. Basically, it's a wonderful place at a very reasonable price in a lovely location in Montpellier. I'd go back in a heartbeat!

Un magnifique appartement sur les toits

Appartement idéalement placé. A proximité des tramways de la gare St Roch, et trois rues gratuites de stationnement à proximité de l'appartement. Appartement cocooning, très bien équipé, avec la climatisation indispensable l'été. Très bien isolé. Propriétaire très agréable et disponible pour toutes demandes. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Highly recommended

Location is wonderful. Jean Francois was a great host. And we loved having the terrace to sit with our morning coffee and croissant, and in the evenings with our glass of rose and cheese. We will definitely stay here again!

Agréable séjour montpelliérain

La maison sur le toit est une petite maison pleine de charme à côté du centre ville de Montpellier (8 minutes à pied) et de la gare Saint Roch. Elle est très bien équipée et agréable. Malgré la proximité avec le centre-ville, le quartier est calme et silencieux la nuit. Il y a tout petit parc devant la maison où l'on peut faire un petit jogging. Les propriétaires sont généreux et très sympathiques.

Un petit cocon

Un petit appart très cosy, aménagé avec goût et avec tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour parfait. La terrasse sur le toit est juste extra. Les proprio sont au top avec un accueil très sympa et même une petite surprise à l'arrivée... Bref un séjour entre copine génial et une adresse que l'on va garder pour un prochain we !!
