Other than location, the unit was extremely outdated, in very poor condition and I would not recommend. The cabinets are held together with packing tape. The jacuzzi tub/shower is unsafe with no handholds getting in or out. Clearly there have been the bare minimum of updates since it was constructed. It was more expensive than other units I have rented in the past and not worth the extra.

Enjoyable weekend getaway

The condo is in a great location and right on the beach with a great view. Very peaceful and quiet. Had all the needed essentials. Close to lots of good local restaurants.

Nice location

quiet neighborhood (except for the club house right next door) with easy access to the beach. Kitchen is rather small if you are wanting to cook a lot. Definitely bring your own supplies like toilet paper and trash bags. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Great location, condo needs some renovations

The bed was comfortable, can’t beat the location. The property manager was responsive and doing their best with the condition of the unit. Owners need to spend a bit of money for improvements. But overall a good stay.

Sawgrass beach club stay

The condo we super clean. Toiletries And cleaning supplies good. The condo itself could be painted and freshened, the kitchen cupboards were peeling paint . But linens and furniture were very good . Overall a great spot and perfect location . Check in at the Beach Gate should be part of the check In Process , had to call property manager to handle it , she answered right away which was good .

Nice location, that’s all.

I can only praise the location and view! Sadly, this is a rundown beach flat so don’t expect much. The bathtub is uncleanably filthy with water constantly dripping. NO (would be much appreciated) shampoo and one harsh tiny roll of toilet paper. Upon arrival, plan to immediately go to the store for ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING!!!! Not something I personally look forward to after a travel day and will not rebook. I give this unit 1 star.

The Condo needs attention. The pool is not as pictured.

Both the doorknob and deadbolt were old and extremely difficult to lock with the key, needed to use two hands to maneuver the locks. Paint peeling and chipping in the kitchen and bath. Yellow tape on the hallway floor for safety. Sliding glass door difficult to open. The unit is worn and needs attention. The location was good steps from the ocean in a beautiful neighborhood. The advertisement of the condo was poor in showing the Members Only Club with two pools in the ariel shot, I thought those were the pools for the condo. Only found the pool after asking for multiple directions, miles away.

Condo needs repairs and updated

2 towels and 1 washcloth for 2 people, management said we should wash towels before 2nd person showered. So make you star 3-4 hours before you need to go. Kitchen has one 4” pan and 1 pot, fridge is in a closet, which must be closed to open dishwasher. Dishwasher extremely loud, can’t hear a thing when running. Microwave very hard to use because door will not open fully because of cabinet it is in. Bath has a jacuzzi tub from 80’s you have to sit and swing legs over. Toilet was extremely low to the ground, literally like a child’s toilet. Smoke alarm goes off every time you cook. Back door handle fell off. Grounds are beautiful, access to beach easy(except for door) and beach was gorgeous. Owner needs to spend some money and update this place.

Very Disappointed

We have stayed at the Beach Club for the past thirteen years and have always been more than satisfied. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a half dead palmetto bug in the kitchen. In addition to the need of a major update, the condo needs a very serious deep cleaning from top to bottom. Also, no welcome packet..no dish washing detergent, hand soap..two towels provided for two guests for a seven day stay. Shame on owner.

There was no welcome packet, laundry or hand soap or beach towels, which are usually found in vacati

The unit was nice but there were no amenities such as shampoo, bath soap laundry soap or beach towels. These things are usually found in vacation rentals. Would be nice if the owners will put those items there.

Great spot

This was perfect for us. Private, quiet, secure. Information sent ahead was accurate: minimal supplies in the unit. Plenty of pots/pans and plates/glassware, some very flimsy utensils, but nothing else for cooking such as salt/pepper. Fridge is in a pantry behind doors, which seemed inconvenient to me. I think the owners should remove the pantry doors, they provide no value. Bed was really comfortable, and maybe a california king (seemed bigger than a king). I didn't find the couch all that comfortable, a common problem for me as a tall guy. My wife said it was plenty comfortable for her. Bathroom is functional but not really nice. Tile floors throughout, and easy to get dusty/dirty being on the ground floor. They didn't appear particularly dirty but we did notice dirty feet after two days. Unless we find a better deal with the same beach access, we'll be back here, but at a better time for prices.

I was not on guest list

The guard refused to let me in for 30 minutes. I was not on his guest list. I showed him my confirmation and code to get in. The code I was given was incorrect. It was a cluster. The phone number I was given to call the mgr was not current. I was embarrassed and disappointed

The condo needs updates. Did not have towels, kitchen towels, soap in the bathroom or kitchen.

Great location but condo needs an upgrade.
