The house is really beautiful as is the view of the ocean. The azuela are beautiful and the colors inside the home were so lovely. It truly is a gorgeous home. The home is well stocked though none of the knives in the knife block were usable.
I do have some suggestions: Have a printed copy of house rules, how things work in the home from the wifi password to how to lock and unlock the gates etc.
There was one very unfortunate incident that I experienced. At the bottom of the steps there is an area with a electricity so that those who rent golf carts can charge them. We had a golf cart, as the property manager knew from the get go. Unfortunately, there are a lot of steep steps to climb and one day I went downstairs and there was a large truck blocking the power outlet that even with an extension cord provided to us by the golf cart company, wouldn't have been long enough. I immediately called the property manager and she gave quite a weak apology and said the truck belonged to her sister who would be right down to move the truck. This shouldn't have happened in the first place because, as I learned, her sister manages the property directly below this one, so she knew very well that she was blocking the electrical outlet. She did not apologize and in fact said she needs to be able to load/unload stuff or "her" home and that I would have to accept that and then she told me I was rude! I said if anyone is rude, it is you, who knows better than to block this area. She then moved her truck and went upstairs to continue her visit with her sister. I then walked back up the steps and slammed the gate because I was furious to be treated this way and was gobsmacked at how this all transpired. Antonieta did not make contact with me about this until the next day (which she thought I needed to calm down); that was not a good call. Further, she insulted me by saying my friend and I are old and don't move so well because we are old, and that the truck shouldn't have been parked there, blah blah.
