We loved this place from the moment we walked in. It is cozy, beautiful, and exceptionally clean. The location is very convenient, with many amenities within walking distance. James and Louise are warm, welcoming hosts who made us feel right at home.

What a beautiful property. James and Louise were exceptional hosts who instantly made us feel at home. The suite was equipped with everything we needed for our stay and in a great location close to amenities and activities. The backyard was a beautiful getaway, and everything was very clean. Very delightful stay. Can’t wait to return to this lovely retreat.

We keep coming back here yearly because it's familiar and simply an all-round wonderful stay. The decor is warm and inviting, as though you're actually staying at someone's house as a guest, rather than a just a place to stay devoid of personality.

We really enjoyed our stay with James! The unit was clean and well appointed, and James was very easy to communicate with and incredibly accommodating. Thanks for a wonderful trip - we would absolutely stay there again!

Very clean and well appointed suite. The hosts are kind, accommodating and helpful. The beds are comfortable and the unit has everything you need including a nice coffee bar. We really enjoyed our stay!

We stayed for five nights while doing the Penticton gran fondo. The location was perfect. James and Louise were wonderful hosts, finding us everything we needed, setting up the BBQ for us to use with a couple of friends for dinner, etc. Very quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything. Loved the birds!!

Family Wedding/Vacation

Comfortable beds. Quiet neighborhood. Great set up for kids - toys and movies. Great set up for breakfast and coffee. Beach towels. This place has it all. Wonderful hosts too!

Great location

A great place to stay in Penticton. It was within walking distance for restaurants and shopping. Very close to the Naramata wine region. A lovely 2 bedrooms, spacious sitting room and beautiful bathroom. The information was very helpful and very well laid out and complete. We totally enjoyed our stay. Thank you, James and Louise
