You were unhappy because of the problem with your car, not the house. The house was just as advertised nice and clean.

I personally contact you and checked on you. multiple times. I contacted you on the day before arrival to tell you what we provide and what to expect, on the day of arrival I made sure you had everything you needed for a smooth checking in. The day after arrival I checked on you to see if anything we can assist. The day before departure I contacted you again with checkout procedure and on the day of checking out I contacted you again to thank you. You stayed for only 3 nights and I reached out to you several times. But you never responded to me. We always care our guests the best we can. Vacation rental homes in this area are all self-catering. We informed you about this and what to provide and what to expect repeatedly before you arrived. But you chose to ignore all the communications and expected everything you need would be there for your large group. This is not a hotel and you didn't pay the price for it. We highly recommend you stay in a resort hotel next time. We have been in this business for 14 years and hosted so so many happy guests. But there are always a few people who just don't care, don't read, don't communicate, just expect other people take care of everything for them. If they don't get what they want, they are quick to blame others. Sadly these people always exist to all businesses.

You had full control of the AC temperature!! We never lock the AC and guests can adjust the temperature anytime. We didn't set it to 78. The AC was set to 74 before your arrival. If you needed assistance, we clearly gave you the contact numbers. A simply message is all needed. But you never contacted us. Heating for the pool and spa is optional as mentioned repeatedly online and in the check-in details because some people don't use it at all, especially when the weather is hot. That's why it's optional. The price was clearly shown online and you chose this home all by yourself and you said the house was as described. We made everything clear and provided all the info needed for you to enjoy the stay. But if you didn't read the info and didn't contact us, you would definitely disappoint yourselves. People love this nice large home!

As the property owners, we are very disappointed to see this. Although the property management company admitted they missed the arrival inspection they were supposed to do and addressed all the issues immediately upon notice, we felt the issues shouldn't be there in the first place. This is NOT who we are. We don't take this lightly. So we went ahead and replaced the management company. Our new customer oriented management team is working very hard to welcome you.
