Perfect!

The house was easy to find, in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was really clean and the host was so nice. She even had muffins and bottled waters for us. I would definitely stay here again.

We were there for a golf tournament, and it was only a 3 minute drive to the course! The house was beautiful, well furnished, spacious, great outside seating, and even had fresh muffins waiting for us. Highly recommend!!!

Great house!

The house was very clean and had great finishes. Lisa communicated proactively and had the house set up with everything we needed. Neighborhood was great as well.

Perfect place to stay!!!

This is the perfect house to stay no matter if visiting for business, sports, leisure. The house is cozy and relaxing. The bed is so comfortable you won’t want to get out of it. Lisa is the perfect hostess!!! She is so accommodating and is very punctual with any text, call, message. She is just a delight!! There are little touches throughout the house upon arrival that makes me think of a bed and breakfast. This is a place we will definitely revisit!!!

Great home

The owners have done a much better than average job setting up this rental home. Perfectly clean and completely stocked. Great art and decor. Nice deck and garage space too. Really a fantastic place. It was perfect for our family. Kudos to the owner.

Peaceful, charming and beautiful home!!!

My best friend and I took a weekend to visit Bentonville. The house was fully equipped with everything you need!! Great beds and loved the screened in porch!! You will not be disappointed!!

Peaceful

Melanie House was absolutely perfect. So charming, and relaxing. We loved the screened porch, and because the kitchen was so well appointed we were able to prepare some lovely meals. Lisa was the perfect host!❤️

Fantastic!

Beautifully appointed home, sparkling clean. Location is easy to find and convenient to restaurants and golf course. Homeowner was attentive and thoughtful. Weather prevented us from enjoying the delightful deck and sunroom but we did avail ourselves of the gas fireplace! Comfy, roomy, and had everything we could possibly need for our stay.

Absolute Perfection

This beautifully appointed and comfortable home is everything as as advertised and more. The host's attention to detail is apparent at every turn. Without a doubt the best stocked kitchen I've ever rented with every cooking utensil and serving piece included ample even if entertaining multiple guests. Lisa was attentive to our every need upon getting settled responding rapidly always. Initially I was concerned about the distance to Bentonville where I was working but found it to be a very pleasant 17 minute drive only right into the heart of B'Ville. We will be back!

Mini Minnesota Golf Vacation

This home is very inviting and makes you feel like you belong and want to be there. The house is located in a nice and friendly neighborhood and the property is fairly secluded with a densely wooded back yard. The view of the woods from the back deck and sun room is a nice bonus. The home is well maintained and beautifully decorated. Spacious living areas and well supplied with everything you need for your stay. Cleanliness is a priority for this owner as the home was immaculately clean. You will not go wrong staying at Lisa's home.

What a wonderful experience at the Melanie House

This property is adorable beyond words. The cleanliness is better than any other rental we have experienced. The owner goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. Fresh liens that you can feel comfortable knowing have been sanitized, muffins, cream for your coffee, the screened in porch and so much more. You will not be disappointed! Thank you Lisa!

Great House & Location

My friend and I came down from KC to ride motorcycles. This was the perfect house for our needs. Garage for the bikes, great location, clean, plenty of kitchen stuff to cook, and very responsive and informative owners. I will save this house for future trips. I am usually in Arkansas 4-5 times per year to ride.

Choose M’Lady House!

She’s a diamond in the rough who’s been transformed into a beauty. I prefer to call her M’Lady. This home is lovingly decorated and well stocked. The beds are very comfortable. It’s a safe, secure area and private. Nothing but raves for the Host and her M’Lady House. Absolutely will return.

Wonderful Respite

My octogenarian parents and I stayed at Melanie House for a few days in order to enjoy Crystal Bridges and spend time with each other after a long pandemic separation. The house was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. We loved the colorful walls and paintings as well as the screened-in sun room and view of the woods out back. The kitchen was well equipped too. The host, Lisa, left thoughtful touches throughout the house including muffins in the kitchen, stationary in the bedrooms, and welcoming music playing upon our arrival. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood yet still a fairly quick drive to the old downtowns of Bentonville and Rogers as well as Crystal Bridges. I would highly recommend this house for a quiet getaway.

We rented to have a place to visit with my 92 year old mother-in-law. Nice quiet neighborhood, lovely deck and sun porch. Was perfect for our visit.

Everything we expected

No surprises here. The home was just as lovely as we anticipated from Lisa’s very accurate pictures. If you like golfing, biking, pickle ball, playing at the playground with kids, this one’s for you. The Metfield complex containing all of the above is less than a five minute drive away. We were there in April (2021) and the pools hadn’t quite opened yet, but what we saw of them looked great. The Bella Vista / Bentonville area is truly a hidden gem. Don’t miss Crystal Bridges Museum of Art, the Lakepoint complex including a great restaurant, and the BV Bar & Grill. Great food & drink while being amazingly affordable. No excuses for being bored. But at the same time with a well equipped kitchen, nice deck with grill and a wonderful screened porch, you don’t have to leave home to have a fun & relaxing day. Can you tell we really enjoyed it? I hope so because we did!

Great place to stay in a great location!

This wound up to be the perfect getaway place! The house was clean and had everything we needed. Great location and a nice deck and sunroom to enjoy the wooded view. We were able to ride our bikes from the property. We were also able to take backroads to great walking or hiking trails. Being on the east side of highway 71 worked out great to avoid traffic to Bentonville. Lisa ( property owner) was fantastic! We’ll definitely be back. Fantastic week!
