This two-bedroom home is just under 5 minutes from Hwy 71, yet offers a peaceful, secluded feel in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by lush greenery. Spend evenings under the stars by the firepit or enjoy your morning coffee on the deck. Inside, the home features a spacious, inviting open floor plan with modern renovations. Located just 2 minutes from Tanyard Creek and 3 minutes from the Country Club Golf Course, it also provides easy access to the Tunnel Vision Trails. Relax with the whole family in this serene retreat.

Kitchen had everything we needed. Two adult men that came to mountain bike and mostly ate at several good resturants nearby but the kitchen had everything we needed and more.

It was a great stay. Decent location. Not far from Bentonville. The property was clean and functional. Great value if that is important. The only negative for me was the property itself is dated and the upgrades to freshen up the look are cosmetic all not every well done. I would definitely stay again if I was looking for lower cost lodging than you can find in Bentonville.
