Love the location and short walk to the beach! We love the 7 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms for our 12 women golf group. Only down fall is not enough electrical outlets in the bedrooms. Bring your power banks!

LOCATION is outstanding!! Walk to beach on a built path for strollers and carts easy access! And easy walk to the turn around also…great property and wonderful layout for multiple people- all bedrooms upstairs with many sitting areas on main level and well-appointed kitchen too! Owner is very communicative as well!We all Loved it!

Great place. Second time we stayed here. Big enough for a family get together with all of us in one place and at an affordable price. 12 blocks from Seaside main drag (Broadway), 3 houses off the Promenade. Makes it easy to walk to beach or town yet very quiet. Leah (host) is very good at communication. Would definitely recommend for large groups.

We enjoyed being steps from the beach. We were a party of nine and had plenty of sleeping options. Everyone had their favorite sitting areas with 3 to choose from.

Enjoyed being 4 houses away from the promenade and beach. Easy walk to enjoy the downtown shops and the sunsets on the beach. Plenty of room for our family of 12. Off street parking is convenient. Would definitely recommend.

The kitchen was nicely equipped and organized. An older, but well kept, three story home. The location near the beach was ideal. Good value for the money.

What a great house to stay in. Literally just a few houses from the beach entrance. It's not right downtown which is great because the beach isn't as busy. Had a view of the ocean from our bedroom window. The seating on the front porch was a great added bonus.The number of bedrooms and sitting spaces was great, space for everyone. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed.I would recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for an ideal spot.

This is a great place to stay for a large group of friends. The kitchen and dining table were perfect, the location is very good for walking on the beach or to town, and we enjoyed sitting near the fireplace while it was stormy outside.

We love this house! This was the second time we stayed here with our kids and grandkids. There is plenty of room for everyone and it’s so close to the beach! Walking distance to shopping in Seaside also. The house is very clean and is stocked with everything needed in the kitchen. The only thing I missed was a bedside lamp in the bedroom, but that is a small issue. The checkout time is 10:00 am and we wished we had a little more time the last day, but overall a wonderful stay!

This place was everything and more! It was very clean. All of the rooms gave a good welcome feeling. The Kitchen set up was ideal to prepare, cook and serve meals. The Main family room with the fireplace was wonderful. Nothing better than a good fire to watch and sit near to visit. The Beach was literally steps away! I know myself and my family would be interested in staying again one day. Kudos to the Host and Cleaning Staff!
