Welcome to this cozy, comfortable apartment in Playa de Gandía. It is prepared for 6 persons + 2 extra.
It counts with a communitary chlorine pool of 10m x 4m (max. depth 1,80m). Enjoy relaxing evenings on the terrace, with family and friends.

This 95m2 apartment is situated on the second floor, with elevator. There are 3 bed rooms: 1 with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath tub and 2 bedrooms with two individual beds each. There is another bathroom with a bath tub, for general use.
In the spatious living- and dining room you will find a sofa bed (which offers sleeping places for two extra persons), a television and a dining table for 8. The independent kitchen works with gas and counts with all necessary utensils to prepare a great meal during your stay. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

The area of Playa de Gandía counts with everything you need during your stay: supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops, markets and a huge variety of leisure activities. The over 3km long beach with fine white sand counts with lots of restaurants and different watersports, which will make your holiday unforgettable.

Note: Please, note, that we do not accept youth groups under 24 years for this apartment. We need to know the ages of all travellers to confirm the reservation. We might ask for copies of all passports, later on.

Pets are not allowed.

Het appartement ligt echt op een top locatie. Dichtbij zee en de boulevard en er zijn talloze restaurantjes op loopafstand. Het appartement zelf is ruim, wel wat verouderd maar prima. De ventilatoren waren wel echt nodig. Heel fijn dat die er waren. Het enige nadeel is de Tiki bar aan de overkant. Je hebt behoorlijk wat overlast van die bezoekers. Maar de locatie van het appartement maakte dat veel goed.

Al mal tiempo, buena cara.

En general el apartamento esta muy bien. Es amplio, bien equipado y con ascensor. Una segunda planta, con su terraza, es soleado. El servicio que da de equipamiento perfecto. Está muy cerquita de la playa. Tiene un restaurante justo al lado de la entrada del edificio. Inconvenientes, sólo disponer de un juego de llaves y creo que es un Disco bar que hay enfrente, cruzando la calle principal, con el consiguiente ruido y bullicio.

Alojamiento para estancias veraniegas, hay que llevarse las cosas de limpieza de la casa. Hay mantas para las camas. En general, correcto, y muy cómodo para un grupo de 6 adultos.

Pis gran i ben situat, a pocs carrers de la platja. però necessitat d'una actualització. La cuina és espaiosa, però força vella, igual que els banys. Cal millorar la il·luminació, especialment del menjador, així com els llits, bastant atrotinats. Propietaris amables. Bona atenció.
