Great place

Nice welcome by the owners. Excellent location close to the peripherique and metroline 4. Appartment has a balcony. Free parking in the basement of the building. No weak points!

Quiet, clean apartment with privat parking lot and wonderful hosts

Chris and Elian are very friendly, generous and warm hosts.We were greeted very warmly and everything was explained to us. The refrigerator was generously filled and everything was very clean. It is very quiet, so that we slept very well in the comfortable bed with open window. We felt very comfortable and can recommend the apartment. On foot you will be at the Sacre Coeur in less than half an hour and in 15 minutes at the metro, and you also see a bakery and a supermarket on foot in 5 minutes. Our car was safe in the underground car park.

A nice & safe place to stay.

This place offers a lot for travelers: washer/dryer, kitchen, Internet, & comfortable furniture. The hosts were very nice & easy to communicate with. It was not convenient for sightseeing; metro was a 15 minute walk by some questionable street activity. We took Uber to property after dark.

Nice 5 days in Paris

It was a good location for our trip to Paris. I had contact with Chris before we came to Paris and we could find the apartement very good. Chris and his wife were there and gave us good instructions. Chris is a very good host and he surprised us with baguette and some other things in the fridge. We enjoyed Paris very much and maybe we come back again.

A lovely flat near Marche Puces with exceptionally helpful hands on owner

From check in to check out, the owner of this flat provided hands on assistance. The flat is clean, exceptionally well equipped with kitchenware, dishes, and even food.The garage is easily accesible, and restaurants and shops are easy walking distance. High security building. Made for a wonderful, one of best rental experiences ever.

French Open

My friend and I came to Paris to go to the French Open. We picked the perfect place to stay while we were in Paris. Chris was a wonderful host. He met us at the property to welcome us and to answer any questions. He also stocked the refrigerator with some food. When we had any questions he answered them right away. I recommend staying at this property when you stay in Paris.

It was a very beautiful time!

We have never had such a nice reception! Our host gave us a very warm welcome, despite the difficulties we had on arrival. Everything has been thought of. We felt like we were in a hotel. You can't get it any better. The apartment is modern and very stylishly furnished. Nothing is missing. The apartment faces the inner courtyard and is therefore very quiet in such a vibrant city. The hosts are very friendly and always approachable. Our best experience so far!

Idéal pour les visites de Paris

Accueil très sympathique de la part des propriétaires. Ils sont vraiment à l'écoute et très réactifs en cas de besoin. Montmartre et le Sacré Cœur sont à peine à 30mn de marche, les puces de St. Ouen à 10mn. Sinon le métro à 15mn place de Clignancourt vous emmènera dans partout dans Paris. Séjour vraiment agréable, je recommande vivement.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in Paris

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wirklich sehr wohlgefühlt! Sie ist, wie beschrieben, sehr ruhig im 2. Stock (es gibt einen Aufzug), sauber und gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man benötigt. Es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Chris war sehr freundlich und flexibel bei unserem Check In und Check out. Er hat für uns sogar einige Lebensmittel für das erste Frühstück besorgt und uns alles in der Wohnung genau erklärt. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder buchen und können Sie empfehlen!

Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Fragen werden schnell und umfassend beantwortet. Es ist alles da, was das Herz begehrt, Kühlschrank (der zur Begrüßung schon für die erste(n) Mahlzeit(en) von den beiden gefüllt war, WOW!), Waschmaschine und sogar einTrockner. Die Dusche ist mit ca 60 cm Tiefe gerade groß genug. Die Wohnung ist in einer ruhigen Gegend, aber eben eine Alltagswohnung mit entsprechenden Geräuschen wie zeitweisem Hundegebell, Kindergeschrei und sonstigem. Mit den Öffentlichen ist sie durchschnittlich erreichbar. Die Möbel sind teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber voll funktionstüchtig und ohne Mängel. Das Bett ist groß und gemütlich. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis meiner Meinung nach gut bis sehr gut! Gerne wieder!

Excellent séjour

Accueil très chaleureux par les propriétaires. Logement très propre, bien situé, proche des commerces et bien sécurisé. Garage au sous sol très apprécié dans le grand Paris. Séjour mémorable

Excellent accueil par Éliane et Chris, appartement très propre (exemplaire). Les propriétaires sont gentils, aux petits soins de leurs hôtes. L'appartement est dans un environnement calme avec un parking intérieur(bien indispensable dans Paris et ses environs) dans un immeuble bien sécurisé.

Fantastic stay in Saint Ouen

Owners very, very friendly. Full security. Stocked fridge with liquor cabinet and wine available. Fromage viande lait et café disponible. Nous avons trouvé l’endroit très chaleureux. Pas bruyant comme quartier mais pas loin des postes de métro. Bon prix et bonne valeur.

Séjour de 3 semaines agréablement passé dans ce logement fonctionnel et d'une propreté irréprochable. Le quartier est calme proche de commerces et transports. Métro porte clignancourt à moins de 10min à pieds. Très pratique pour visiter le coeur de Paris et se rendre à toutes gares et aéroports. Supérette, boulangerie, pharmacie et restaurant à 30 m à pieds. Très bon accueil des propriétaires qui prennent le temps de vous expliquer toutes les fonctionnalités de leur appartement et sur la vie du quartier.

Schöne, saubere Wohnung und nette Vermieter

Es hat an nichts gefehlt in der Ferienwohnung. Die Vermieter hatten sogar etwas zu Essen und zu Trinken besorgt. Leider kein deutsches Programm im TV. Im Bett waren gute Matratzen, wir haben gut geschlafen darin. Zum Bus benötigt man nur ca. 5 Minuten, zur Metro ca. 15 Minuten. Ein Supermarkt und eine Bäckerei sind auch gleich in der Nähe. Bei der Metro ist ein Lidl. Insgesamt kann man diese Ferienwohnung gut weiter empfehlen.

L’appartement est idéalement situé par rapport aux transports (10mn à pied du métro 4 Pte de Clignancourt), il est très propre bien agencé, très paisible et a répondu à toutes nos attentes. Mr et Mme Boyer sont très gentils et très disponible.

Superwohnung

Hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Paris, die Wohnung entsprach vollkommen dem Angebot, sauber , liebevoll eingerichtet, überkomplett ausgestattet, so wie man es sich vorstellt. Christian war zur verabredeten Zeit vor Ort, ein sehr netter Vermieter, alles Bestens. Also absolut empfehlenswert.
