This was an excellent place to stay. It was within walking distance of downtown, with over the top holiday decorations! The other factor that made this place special, was how close it was to the World Class mountain bike trails. Couldn't ask for a better location. Oh, and the rental was equally excellent.

Wonderful layout and close to all attractions in Bentonville. We recommend this to everybody. It was our first stay in Bentonville and the lodging here added to the overall positive glow of our visit.

This rental was great, clean and has everything you could need, looks and feels very homey. 15 minute walks to get to downtown bentonville, but Ubers are cheap if you want to skip the walk. Overall a great place

Very nice place. Really loved the updates and decor. It has everything you need for a great weekend. It would be a stretch for 4 adults to stay there, but 2 adults and 2 kids would work well. Very close to downtown, and in cooler months we would have walked.

Prime location for Bentonville Events.

We had a great stay! The place was in a perfect location — close to everything we needed. It felt very welcoming when we arrived and was cutely decorated with lots of thoughtful touches. The bed was super comfortable, and we really enjoyed the oversized shower. The living and dining area was cozy and inviting, making it easy to relax. Communication with the host was smooth and easy throughout. Highly recommend!

Affordable price for a clean, comfortable, and convenient stay! Just the right amount of space for a couple, and I enjoyed being able to walk or bike everywhere! Always an Uber nearby too. Definitely recommend this place.

Perfect for our stay

Such a nice space with everything you need! The home was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped to make our stay easy and relaxing. It was also a short driving distance from everything we wanted to see, which made exploring the area so convenient. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again!
