Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: Nice property, privacy, comfortable beds, spacious outdoor table, great outdoor showerCons: Strong musty smell, VERY humid inside, floors stayed damp with condensation, as did any towels. Perhaps some dehumidifiers would help?

I have been using Martha Murray for about 7 years and always very easy to reach by phone, helpful and courteous. Telegraph Rd is our favorite property so far for our preferred space/budget. We had an issue with a doorknob that came off and locked us out of our room. Martha Murray was prompt to answer and respond. We were fortunate to have friendly owner of property come over to resolve the problem. We had a good weather week to make use of our pre purchased beach sticker for town of Dennis. Overall we had another great Cape escape!

The house was cute, beachy and set back from the road so we had privacy. It had everything we needed and was perfect for my family. It's a great rental for the price. We would definitely stay there again.
