Welcome to 30A Blue Sky Breeze a gorgeous beachside unit at Cassine Station in Seagrove. Located in the low density complex of Cassine Station. One of the hallmarks of this beach home is the expansive balcony where you have gulf views and can oftentimes enjoy the sounds of waves crashing. Upon entering this home, you are greeted by an open floor plan in view of the kitchen, dining room, living room and porch, with abundant natural light. The master bedroom with a king bed, the guest room with 2 full beds, and the bunk room with a twin over full bunk, the baths also offer a plentiful amount of space, providing that much appreciated peaceful evening after a nice day on the beach. Cassine Station, although lower density, is part of the Cassine master development and offers on-site tennis courts, your choice of 2 pools, a nature trail through a native cypress forest, a pond, picnic areas, basketball court and a sunset viewing deck.
