We do have bed linens for all beds and towels and dish clothes. But you must wash them. It takes three-four loads to do so. Do not wash all together

Perfect location and quick walk to the beach! Very nicely updated and was really nice that sheets and towels were available. The view of the marsh was beautiful, and I could watch my husband fish while I read on the porch. We will definitely book again for next year.

Great Stay at OIB

We have enjoyed OIB for many years and we added the use of this condo with our growing family. It was perfect! Had the space and amenities we needed with a great location. Everything about our stay was wonderful!

Great place, tremendous location! Easy walk to the beach. The provided beach cart/buggy made it even more so. Also, because of the location, it provides the best sunsets over the intercostal waterway. The property was clean. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed.

Great Thanksgiving Get Away

We had a great time at OIB over Thanksgiving weekend. Condo was clean, in a great location and the view from the front porch was amazing!!

Great view and great property

We loved our stay at this property. The amenities were nice; we swam and played pickleball daily. We loved sitting on the porch watching the sunset over Jinks Creek.

Perfect in every way

Impeccable property…was just as nice as the pictures portrayed…the view was amazing, ….every single detail was thought of….our 2 grandkids enjoyed crabbing from the docks, swimming in the pool, riding scooters around the neighborhood, and of course, playing on the beach… we have been vacationing at Ocean Isle for 42 years….its simply the perfect spot, and this condo was perfect for our family .

Family vacation

We go to Ocean Isle every summer and always stay in this complex. This condo is one of the nicest we have stayed in. It's renovated and the kitchen is much more spacious than other units. We also love being directly on the sound and the view! Would stay here again without question!

Great views

A great place for our family in a perfect location. We ate every meal out on the deck watching the wildlife at the creek and the sunsets were amazing. Loved the pools and the convenience of having the beach a small walk away. Owners had great communication with us during our stay.

A Fantastic OIB Property

We had the best time staying at Mamma Mia! The sunsets from the porch are the reason we love staying on the waterway! Condo was clean and checkin was easy. We left today and are ready to go back!

Great place!

Really great stay at Mamma Mia! So cute and super cozy. Nice clean pools and short walk to the beach. Everything we needed was there and there are stores and restaurants very close by. Thank you Shelia and Alex! We will be back!!

beautifully appointed condo

This condo was perfect for our beach getaway! On the second floor (one flight of stairs) with a beautiful front porch overlooking the saltwater marsh, and right across from the neighborhood tennis/ pickleball court, the condo was spacious for our family of 4. It was a quick walk to the public beach access or to the Starbourd beachfront pool and beach access. The kitchen had everything you would need for cooking a meal, and the beds were comfortable. Sheila was a wonderful host - very responsive to questions and made us feel like we were staying at a friends' place. We look forward to coming back for our next getaway and highly recommend this condo!

School Spring Break vacation and a Wedding

Loved this vacation! Property was fantastic, perfect for our group of 4 - 2 teens and 2 moms. Location was wonderful, quiet and peaceful. Loved the sunsets on the front porch overlooking the marsh. Close and quick walk to beach, 2 pools, one oceanfront. Property owner was great to work with.

Family Vacation

The property was beautiful with even better views. Very easy access to the pool and beach. We needed a special accommodation and they were more than willing to meet our needs. We can’t say enough about the place from cleanliness to location. Also the beach storage closet was a nice feature. Would HIGHLY recommend staying there.

Family Vacation

We had a fantastic time in Ocean Isle. The condo was very clean and well furnished. The view of Jinks Creek was wonderful and the walk to the beach was short and easy. The kids enjoyed the tennis courts, pool, and fishing from the docks behind the condo. Thank you for letting us rent your place! We hope to be back again!

This has been in our family for 20 plus years. This is where our kids learned to swim and crab and surf. My mother passed away, last year so in honor of her memory we named the Condo Mamma Mia. We live in Conway, so we enjoy coming here as often as possible. We take pride and want our guests to feel special too. To have a relaxing and comfortable experience. We have incredible sunsets on the docks.

We love having the best of both worlds. Being on the intercoastal waterway, watching the birds and other wildlife. With several docks to fish and crab
Or take a kayak or jet ski from. We just learned to play pickle ball. So, the tennis courts are right in front of the condo. And we have a pool very close by. And another one that is oceanfront. We have locker with beach toys and chairs.
