Owner waited to the last minute to give us a code and door # the place was not ready when I arrived and I had to sit in my hot car and wait there were holes in the curtains and water stains on the ceiling the bed was very uncomfortable and tilted to the side when getting in. I will not ever be back there.

The property is i need of a lot of upgrade, the door has a gap in the bottom , it is very hard to heat the room, the bathroom has broken towel racks, the shower need a lot of work . The whole room needs a lot of work. I will never go back there ever again. It is also very hard to park a truck or anything else. Sorry to have to tell you all of this but i am a very honest person.

Great to be home

Loved being home after being in N Carolina. Seeing the ocean and walking the wall for breakfast with the kids at KB's Bagels. Our accommodations were casual beach, which I expected, but I was surprised it wasn't cleaner and quieter being on North Beach vs Hampton Beach proper. The gross of earplugs and the owner's note on the night stand said it all and we only stayed one of the two nights booked. We got what we paid for, that beautiful ocean view, a great bagel, the sea air in my lungs and being home.

Loud

The studio apartment was acceptable, but the other attached rooms were extremely loud. Sleep was difficult due to other's noise. We ended up cutting our stay short.

Great location!

Best thing about this ocean side studio was the location. Fabulous being on the ocean (in a budget friendly rental) ! It is a small space. We were hoping to cook meals but realized upon check in that the kitchenette wasn’t equipped for that. (Minimal pots/pans, no table to eat at) The bed was really squeaky but still comfortable. Space was clean and that is appreciated.

Great little property that has everything you need. Super close walk to the beach and wonderful and helpful owner, Tyler. Would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Cute and cozy

Our stay at the Oceanside Studio was great!! It was clean upon arrival and check in was quick. It was all my partner and I needed to sleep, make breakfast and lunch, and walk to the beach. The ocean is literally right across the street which was so convenient because we didn’t have to pay for parking. The Hampton strip was an 8 minute car ride as well which isn’t bad. Overall great experience and definitely will be coming back! Thank you!

Perfect getaway

This was my 1st solo trip anywhere, also 1st time to hampton beach. This place is conveniently right across road from beach. The owner tyler was amazing! Checked in daily if anything was needed. I felt very safe there being a single women. I will most definitely be making this place my yearly solo retreat.

Ocean right across the road

This place was perfect for our get-away. The access to the beaches and restaurants was phenomenal. Our dog enjoyed her stay as well!

Mid-week stay

Property as advertised... studio clean, bed comfy, plenty of towels and a good shower. A couple of extra perks I didn't expect in the kitchenette: ground coffee, sugar, foil (left from previous renters or the owner?)... a nice surprise. Only suggestions for improvement: there was no shade or curtain for bathroom window (I used a towel instead) and the fan/ac unit could use a paint refresh. Easy access to ocean across the street. Quiet, safe neighborhood. I had the first unit closest to the road and with the fan running I had no concerns about traffic noise. Would definitely stay there again.

Enjoyable stay

The property was as expected and communication with the host was easy and quick. A nice added surprise was that we were able to hear the waves crashing on the beach all night. Would recommend this location if you like a quieter stay away from the busy boardwalk.

Great beach stay!

Small cozy cute place, literally right across the street from the beach. Had a great time. Be aware you will be sharing a thin wall with the people in the next room over.

A quaint little gem just across from the beach

This small rustic studio has a killer location on the very North end of Hampton Beach. Great beach and tide pool access with no crowds. Even in winter waking and walking the flogs up across the beach was beautiful and special - and not being stuck in the center of Hampton beach - which can be crazy, is a great thing. Absolutely would return!
