Hi Heather, thank you for your review! We are glad to hear that you had a nice stay and that you enjoyed the property. We’re so sorry to read of your disappointment with the ants in the kitchen and with getting around the grounds. Regrettably, had we heard from you during your stay, we would have been more than happy to send over housekeeping to assist with the ant issue, and to provide you with a map to get around the area. For any future bookings you might have with us, our team is available 7 days a week to assist guests with any concerns or questions they may have, both pre and post check-in. We do hope you enjoyed your stay despite these issues. Please do not hesitate to get in touch with us for any future holiday plans as we would be pleased to host you again! Thank you so much for your kind and detailed review, Sebastian. We are so glad you enjoyed your stay at this modern resort and that you and your family were able to take advantage of the many resort amenities. We are so glad you found your unit to be well equipped and that you enjoyed the close proximity to the Disney Parks. Thank you for clarifying that there is a resort fee and daily parking at this resort.
