Welcome to this beautifully decorated Caribbean beach–style condo located in the desirable gated Bahama Bay Resort! This tastefully updated 2-bedroom, 2-bath residence has been fully renovated and is ideally situated near the main clubhouse with spa, one of the four swimming pools, the kids’ splash pad, and the tennis/pickleball courts.

From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel transported to the Caribbean, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping throughout the resort. Located on the second floor, this end unit condo features a desirable split-bedroom layout that provides added privacy. The guest bedroom with two twin beds and full bathroom are located at the front of the unit, while the spacious primary bedroom featuring a king bed and a private bathroom is tucked away at the back.

Enjoy indoor-outdoor living with an oversized screened-in balcony accessible from both the living room and the primary bedroom. The perfect spot for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or relaxing after a fun day at the parks.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts brand-new stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops, along with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a Keurig coffee maker. Additional amenities include a full-size washer and dryer, a 50-inch TV in the living area, smaller TVs in each bedroom, air conditioning, linens and towels, and complimentary parking & Wi-Fi.

Bahama Bay is spread out over 70 acres and offers an impressive array of resort-style amenities, including four heated swimming pools, six hot tubs, a sandy beach and fishing pier on Old Lake Davenport, and scenic walking trails. Be sure to visit the clubhouse, featuring a marketplace and the Cenote Spa & Salon. Enjoy the onsite Tradewinds Restaurant & Bar, offering delicious food, tropical drinks, and pub-style activities such as pool tables and darts. Additional amenities include a game room, shuffleboard, picnic areas with BBQ grills, tennis/pickleball/basketball, and volleyball courts, a playground, and a splash pad for younger children. Making this the perfect resort for all ages.

Disney theme parks are just 15 minutes away and the condo is conveniently located near the many new restaurants, shops, and attractions along Route 192.

Just book it! Don’t think twice, this owner has done a wonderful job of making their unit extremely comfortable and modern. The whole vibe is relaxing, tropical themed and the appliances, bedding, towels etc were all top notch. The unit is clean, and nicely located near the pools and club house. We would definitely stay again.

Host experience. Property was ok for the price, but stairs were not mentioned and that made it very difficult for special needs. Accidentally left a brand new, current style merchandise shirt (value 80) laying on the washing machine. I notifed the host the day we checked out that we had forgotten it. He got back to me the next day and claimed that the cleaners threw it away. Ridiculous.

There was an unused smell that was a little musky. Upon arrival, the shower in the second bedroom is not working properly, the toilet in the main bathroom was not working well, and perhaps considered larger print, expressing the stairs for seniors and disabled. However, the host was very responsive when I called with questions.

Loved this condo! While the neighborhood is a bit off the beaten path, it's conveniently located and private. You'll find a variety of dining, grocery, and shopping options within a few minutes' drive. The condo itself is clean, well-maintained, and nicely decorated. It was the perfect fit for traveling back and forth to the theme parks (Disney) over a two-week stay. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

Very clean property. Everything was updated and looks great inside. You can tell they put some good money into making it look really nice. The only small issue was that the entire place is hardwoods, which look great, we just prefer carpets...my fault for overlooking that. The other small issue is the TV in the master bedroom. We could barely see it, and other rooms' TV's were much bigger. So we just watched TV in the living room. Upgrading that TV would make it even nicer.All in all though, still a 10 out of 10.

Weekend trip with my daughter

My daughter and I stayed for the weekend due to her annual Cheer competition. We absolutely loved staying here. We've been to Orlando many times and this was by far our favorite place to stay. We would definitely stay again!!Very clean. All the amenities we could have needed were available. The pool just a short walk. Easy in and out access at the gate. Very much enjoyed out stay!

Quick trip

Joined my husband for a conference and we stayed extra time in Florida - it was a great place to stay! My only suggestions would be the towels, they’re a little scratchy, but HEY - if everything else is great, (and it was) I can’t complain about towels! We’d stay here again!

Great place for families

This apartment was a great place to stay for our family of 4! The place was really clean and the amenities were good. The only thing we did not like were that the blinds need to be replaced (missing some pieces). The host was great and responsive to my questions. A downside to location is that the drive to Univeral Studios is about 1 hr away due to the traffic (am and pm).

The location of the property is excellent! We were there for a baseball tournament and the fields were less than 2 miles away. Spent a couple of days in Disney, which is 15 to 20 minutes away and ate at some very good restaurants. Would highly recommend.
