Broken things still broken

While this is not the first time I stay here becuase I like the property and location, the things I pointed out last time as broken (like the dryer, lounge chairs and lights) are still broken, even after I wrote in about them. In addition while customer service is always very polite, they can do very little in terms of flexibility in helping other than repeat the rules. Cleaning however is excellent.

While property management was rigid with rules and not particularly helpful other than reinterating what was and wasn't allowed, the space itself was great. Clean, quiet, nice linens etc. Will return!

Nice place, nice house, really value for money

Short trip with my family. I like the place San Clemente. I found this house in Vrbo site. Really value for money and really like this house and location very close to the pier. Next time will be back for sure.

Nice and bright but needs to be refreshed

We love the location, the brightness, the garage but the whole apt needs some work. Everything is quaint, mattress needs to be replaced, the cushions of the 2 armchairs are covered with plastic?? The washer never worked but Vacasa let us use the washer from the unit next door. The worse thing was the checking in: wrong code (looks like a phone number w 10 digits) Note this is not the first time we had pb w checking in. The 2 other times (yes we are regulars) the location of the lockboxes were wrongly indicated. The good thing is they are very responsive, though the right hand seems to not know what the left does,

Great location!

In a great neighborhood and close to the pier. Private balcony and plenty of room. Bed was a little firm but comfortable pillows.

2 weeks in San Clemente for Thanksgiving

Super location, beautiful beaches, loved the pier! Our family lives in the area, can meet at T street in minutes! The place has thin walls so definitely need white noise for sleeping!

Ocean view wonderful stay

Loved this simple condo With ocean view from living room & patio! Was a wonderful stay- loved waking to the beach everyday, getting coffee in morning & ice cream in afternoon plus adult beverages all walking distance. Quiet lovely town beautiful beach and low crowds- loved uniqueness of the town.

Fully equipped apartment

We enjoyed the proximity of this stay to the beach, restaurants, and Del Mar Avenue. The apartment came with everything we needed to be comfortable including towels, surf boards, boogie boards, chairs and umbrella for the beach. It was easy to grill and enjoy our evening dinner on the patio. The apartment was very clean, however, the furnishings might need updating (sofa bed, chairs, dishwasher, laundry) as things were worn and a bit stained.

Very nice!

This rental is very comfortable. It has most amenities for cooking one might need. The private patio has a limited view of the beach. Parking is easy once you figure out San Clemente's streets. This is one of four different Vacasa rentals we have stayed in and we have been happy with them all. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my family and friends. It's close to the beach. The walk down to the beach is easy. The walk up is a little more challenging. The owner happened to be staying next door and showed us Monterey A. It's larger and gorgeous. I felt even more comfortable staying here after visiting with him.

Small, but convenient and clean

This apartment is much smaller than it looks in the pictures. It took 3 days for someone from Vacasa to respond to our requests for heaters that actually warmed a room. The location was excellent, and we appreciated all the included amenities. We love San Clemente, but would not stay in their apartment again.
