美しく改装された広々とした3ベッドルーム2フルバスホーム、チャタムの人気エリアのひとつにある、1/2エーカーのプライベートなセッティング。 この2200平方フィートの家には、美しい出窓付きのフォーマルなダイニングルームと、屋根付きのポーチが付いている追加のダイニングエリアがあります。 ファミリールームは2室あり、どちらも大人と子供用のケーブルテレビとDVDプレーヤーを完備しています。 マスターベッドルームには広々としたフルバスルームがあります。 台所で食べるには新しいステンレス製の電気器具があります。 Full Basementには、洗濯機と乾燥機が備わっています。 広いプライベートヤードは、1/2エーカーの広さで、炭焼きとガスグリルの両方で屋外の娯楽に最適です。 今年建てられた新しい屋外シャワーがあります。 ビーチ、自転車道、そしてチャタムの繁華街へ数分。

House listing was on point. Bedrooms and living area a good size. We had 5 adults staying there and we were not tripping over each other. Communication was awesome both before and during our stay. House is in a very quiet area. Cleaning crew could have done a better job clearing out the previous people’s things so we didn’t have to.

This was a great! Well maintained, tons of space! Great screened in porch! We had some issues with the wifi and Pam went over and above making sure the problem was fixed. We had 4 adults and 2 kids and never once were we crowded or on top of each other. Great place to stay!

This was a perfect weekend get away. I have never been to the east coast and I fell in love with it. This vacation rental was wonderful and the hosts were amazing.

Appreciated the large common spaces, great for hanging out with our family. Good owner communication. Closets were spacious and fully available to use. Well stocked bedding and towels. The house is a mix of updated furniture/remodeled areas and areas/items furniture needing updates.

Wedding weekend stay

Our group of four adults stayed here for a friends wedding. The house was as advertised, the price matched the accomodations. Communication with owner was exceptional. Through no fault of owner, the TP supply ran out, after notifying Pam, she immediately delivered a plentiful supply of TP, and other paper goods. Beds were super comfortable! Thank you for the stay Pam, we definitely would rent again for future visits!!

Spacious and clean, needs little TLC

Nice place, roomy. would suggest organizing closets so it’s neat and not tossed and piled up. Guests need to be able to hang cloths without them draping over owners stuff. Redo caulk in bathroom will give it a cleaner look. Overall great place.

Long weekend

Family gathering for an extended weekend in Chatham was great fun and the house worked beautifully. Spacious rooms, clean and great communication with the owners. Highly recommend.

Nephews wedding @ Wequassett Resort

The property looks great online and better in person. The house is located perfectly for our 3 day wedding celebration. Chatham Inn Farm, Mansion at Ocean Edge snd Wequassett Resort. Also golfed at Chatham Lights. All venues were under 2.5 miles away. Plus shopping on Main St in Chatham. Will return for sure

Close to everthing

The house was as described. The living rooms are big and good size Kitchen whichh is fully equiped. Pam was great to communicate with. Very responsive and when the house was empty the day before so Pam reached out to tell us we could get in anytime. Some reviews comment on a musty smell. Welcome to the cpe. Run theAC for some time it dried out the air and mustiness was gone. I would definitely stay here again

Wrong Pin Location, Miles from town.

This place is many miles from town, contrary to the pin location that shows an in town location. Otherwise, closet space was very limited due to mostly junk stored in the closets. No smoke detectors in bedrooms. 4 beach chairs and beach towns. Very small bath towels. Not plush. Lawn was not cut. No outlet covers should you have small children.

Perfect family get away

We had a lovely time, house was great, the reviews prior made me think twice but I am glad we decided to stay. Check-in was super easy, great communication with owner. Checkout was the easiest I've ever had. Just leave the beds, cleaner will handle it, and just wash towels if you can. We had brought our own but there were plenty. in the linen closet. Great area, beds super comfortable, outside shower was perfect for littles. Roll the trash out to the curb on Tuesday or Saturday. Easy and carefree stay! We will be back!! Thank you to Pam, we grabed this last minute and glad we did.

Lovely location, roomy for a family, well equipped but please spend some time to do maintenance! Clean out closets and work to remove musty odor.

Nice house

Had a good time enjoying the Cape. Property owners very responsive House very clean but could use some basic updates, blinds not working, carbon monoxide unit not on ceiling, tough time w cable, closets were filled with stuff too Could have benefitted from an information sheet as well. Great location for shops, beaches, restaurants, and traveling to other towns. Property owners / managers were extremely responsive and house was very clean.

Wonderful place to stay

This home was beautiful. Very open and spacious with very large rooms. There was an issue with some water in the basement which caused the house to be a bit musty when we first arrived but we opened the windows, aired it out and it was fine. The TV in the smaller bedroom doesn't work very well but that didn't ruin our weekend. The home is close to Jacknife Beach which was beautiful and very central to the other areas that we visited. We will definitely consider renting again upon returning to the Cape!!

Great Family Retreat

We enjoyed our stayed in this beautiful Cape Cod home near Chatham. The very spacious house had plenty of room for the 6 members of our family to spread out and relax. The outdoor patio space was great for family breakfasts. We also enjoyed the outdoor shower. The large TV’s were great for family movie nights, watching Jaws movies! We were also able to have home cooked dinners in the well equipped kitchen. A great spot for a family getaway.

Short drive to Wequassett Inn, Eastward Ho and Monomoy Wildlife Reserve. Great outdoor shower. Washing towels was not an issue but needs better lighting in the “laundry room “. Would definitely recommend if you do not need beachfront or access. Owner very responsive.

Cape Cod Respite Time

This home was located in beautiful Chatham, MA. It was only minutes from the downtown area, nice restaurants and beaches. The home was in a quiet residential neighborhood, with plenty of parking. The house itself is a bit older and needs some updates but overall was sufficient for our needs. The larger family room was a nice addition for our one year old grandson to play in.

Perfect for the weekend!

We had a great stay at this home. It was so much bigger than it looked and was a perfect size for our family. We were here for a family wedding and the location was perfect! Great quiet neighborhood perfect for walking! All in all a great experience!
