We sincerely apologize for the confusion and frustration you encountered with the communication regarding the condo's address. We understand how vital accurate information is, especially when navigating to your vacation destination. Our standard procedure is to provide the condo address and access code at check-in time, but we recognize that sharing the location details earlier could be more helpful, particularly for guests traveling from a distance. Your feedback is invaluable, and we will review our communication protocols to ensure future guests receive clearer and more timely information. We aim to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience from start to finish. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and offer a smoother check-in experience on your next visit.
