Clean, comfortable home with generous amenities such as coffee and a snack basket. They also offered a thoughtful dog treat goodie bag which also included doggie bags. The location was convenient for scouting the area for relocation purposes.

There is a nice back door that goes down to a ramp directly to a grass area for pets for late night potty trips. The front porch is well lit that also gives access to another glass area. Lovely home we were greeted with dog treats and human treats in a basket. The fridge was stocked with water bottles and some other amenities that some might forget such as mustard mayonnaise, butter, even popsicles, corndogs, ice cream sandwiches, and ice trays. I was absolutely amazed with how many extra things were at the house for our stay absolutely a great place to stay for pets and family. Great area for fishing.

Perfect weekend

Went to visit family very close by. This house was perfect for the 3 of us. Even our 2 frenchies enjoyed it. Very peaceful and accommodating. Best hosts ever!

Great weekend stay

Perfect house for weekend getaway. On the water with a ramp but not suitable for large boats. We had a bass boat that we put in. Dock available which made it easy getting on the water. Several amenities including some snacks and fire pit with firewood. 10-15 minutes to restaurants.

Absolutely amazing!

Cheryl and Tim could not have been more helpful. The home was perfect for my kids and I. Weather was beautiful. The cottage was close enough to town if we needed anything but nestled away with lots of privacy. We used the fire pit every night. The cottage had everything we could possibly need. We fished everyday and I caught my first budget pike!

The cottage was nice and quiet. Perfect for our stay in Hot Springs. The cottage was clean, and accessible to town. Overall, it was seamless!! We appreciate it very much and will be back!

Great Little Lake Cottage

My 11 year old, our doggie and I stayed here for spring break and had a great time! The hosts put a lot of effort into making your stay as hassle free and seamless as possible. The cottage is very well equipped with anything you need and the location on the water with boat dock was perfect for my little fisherman. About a 25-30 min drive to downtown Hot Springs. Area is very quiet and peaceful. We had a wonderful and very comfortable stay. Thank you again!

Cozy Cottage and Great Host

With the permission of Cheryl, I booked this cottage for my adult daughter and a few of her friends. They had nothing but positive things to say about the coziness of the cottage, its serene location, and the kindness of their host, Cheryl. She was easy to communicate with (for both my daughter and self) and very accommodating. If you’re looking for a relaxing, quiet stay in the Hot Springs area, we would definitely recommend this place!

Only complaint is the window AC units. Having them running next to you when your trying to sleep was noisy.

This was an amazing place. Cheryl and Tim are super nice and was willing to help us with anything we needed. They had helpful tips and phone numbers to places we might want to rent from or visit. A huge shoutout to them!! Thank yall so much for having us as guests.

Great location for a family getaway!

Cheryl and Tim are so awesome! The house is perfect and had everything we needed and more. Beds are comfy and the kitchen is well stocked. They let us tie our boat to their boathouse.. which is right behind the house! We will definitely be coming back!!

Perfect secluded getaway on the lake!

From the start the owners were very helpful with all of our questions. The cottage was perfect for our little family of four with everything we needed. We loved all the stocked toiletries and coffees! The beds/bedding were very cool and comfortable. This cottage had all the modern amenities furnished in it to be able to relax and cook all meals, the board games were a nice touch. It was very nice to have a private boat ramp to launch our boat on the property and private dock to tie our boat up too. Fishing right off the dock with a coffee in the early morning or a cold beer in the evening was the best! And our fur babies had a blast chasing squirrels and even had a welcome letter and treat for them which was so cute! We will for sure be back soon!

My husband is a structural engineer and has been for 25 + years. We have 4 children and 4 grandchildren. We love getting the opportunity to meet people and love to travel.
