Our stay was perfect for the two of us! The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed and within walking distance to groceries and everywhere we went! We especially appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, and air fryer! The chairs at the pool are in need of replacement as all are broken but that should be addressed by the association. We would definitely recommend this adorable place!

We had a great time at Brian’s condo at Aloha Condominiums. The unit was as described, on site maintenance staff and property manager were lovely. Never a problem getting a chair by the pool. There is road working going on close by so more trucks than usual but not an issue for us. Close walk to downtown and beach is across the street. Thank you for everything, Brian. We would stay again if we return to San Jose.

Lovely Mexican Condo

We found this cute little condo on VRBO. It was just as advertised. Fully equipped with kitchen, large shower, bedroom(comfy bed), living room, kitchen nook, balcony, and all the accessories for enjoying the beach.

Lovely condo in San Jose del Cabo

Spent 4 lovely nights at this 1 bedroom condo which is very quiet and convenient to everything. I walked to downtown, very safe there. Description is accurate, don’t hesitate to book. Thank you.

Great, safe location.

The Condo was as described. Everything we needed from lawn chairs to a cooler for beach excursions. The kitchen was very well outfitted and the gas BBQ on the patio was an added bonus. We would certainly stay again!

Perfect accommodations!

Nice easy walk to many great restaurants and even to the downtown if you’re fairly mobile(or you can take local plentiful taxis, buses, Uber). Located right across from beach access. Great pool area, air conditioning works great on the nights we needed it. Great towels, lots of cooking utensils, plates, glasses and everything you might need.

Relaxing break

This condo is in a great location, you do hear a lot of traffic noise when out at the pool but other than that it is right across from the beach and easy walk into San Jose.

Absolutely loved the condo. Comfy bed and pillows. Lovely shower. Great location! Got my check in email a little late but no issues just wish I'd know about Oswaldo for arrival pickup as well instead of just return trip.

Great condo and location

My girlfriend and I stayed at this condo in March 2020. The photos are very representative of the property. Condo was clean and comfortable. It is within walking distance of shops and cafes. Public access to beach is right across the street, but due to strong undertow, it's NOT safe to swim there. I would definitely stay here again. This is the best place for the money.

Cute little hideaway

This place is a lovey little spot in paradise. We really enjoyed our stay except for the bed. It was a large double not a queen and a single mattress on a wooden frame. The property manager was lovely and prompt to respond to any questions or concerns. We loved that it had anything available for going to the beach to a basket for getting groceries. We would recommend this place. Oh and it's gated...

overall impression is adequate accommodations. kitchen cutlery hogpog. bedding was inadequate, pool needs tile work, multiple loungechairs broken. location right on the mainroad, extremely noisy . pictures of site were misleading.

Decent Place Close to the Beach

The apartment is fairly clean, the bathroom is immaculate. The neighborhood is great with nice, albeit expensive, restaurants nearby. The clothes dryer is a drying rack. A previous review said that the bed wasn’t a queen, but it is. The hot water heater went out while we were there. It was hard to contact the manager, but it was fixed within 24 hours. The furniture is a bit shabby, overall the place is fine.

Amazing Relaxing Holiday

Right from booking this rental, the communication was amazing. We asked Brian, the owner, for transportation tips. The property manager was very super helpful too, and the binder in the condo had many tips. Excellent restaurants next door, loved the pizza/burgers place too. Easy to get to the beach, old town, and the 2 amazing grocery stores,are only a half mile walk. But the walk is worth it, as they have fresh hand made tortillas, French pastries bakery, and is a perfect stop before taking the city bus to Los Cabo. We ended up using the bus to get to the airport too, and it is easy to flag them down. The kitchen is smaller, but was perfect for us. Spa like bathroom shower, and the pool is nice too. We’d definitely stay here again, or in another condo within this group too.

It is a nice safe gated community, walking distance to the beach, stores and shopping. The pool was great, there are bathrooms by the pool so you don’t have to go back to your room all the time. The condo is small enough to be comfortable but big enough you don’t feel crowded. It has a nice balcony overlooking the pool with a table and chairs and a little bbq, we used it often! Hook to the WiFi with the code that is on the modem, that is on the dresser. The shower is fabulous and I love the bathroom sink! I did notice that the kitchen sink hot water is not great, takes forever to get it lukewarm, not a deal breaker in my opinion! I will say if you are a person that likes to sleep in late the road noise may bother you, I am an early riser so it was no problem for me, you could take ear plugs. Also if you like to watch tv and have prime or Netflix take your codes with you, the tv is very limited to what is in English! We loved our stay there, the owner is great with communication and the property manager is on site and very helpful! I would definitely go there and stay again! A

We love Aloha!

This complex is safe and clean. Lots of Canadians rent out units. Television has lots of Canadian channels. The owners are accommodating and easy to work with. The complex manager goes out of her way to make sure your needs are met.

Just what we were looking for

We wanted a nice little place, in a good area, close to the beach and other amenities within walking distance. Brian's place delivered in every way. Nicely outfitted kitchen, comfortable bed, nice big bathroom and shower. Very good, clean pool area. Public Beach access is literally across the street.

Okay stay.

In general the property is well maintained. The condo itself was clean and ready for us. Location is great as we could walk to town, restaurants and groceries. The biggest drawback was too much noise from the traffic. Being a light sleeper the noise bothered me.
