The unit was very comfortable for our family. Centrally located and plenty of room to congregate and to have individual downtime, if needed. The communication with Eva (the unit manager) was great, she answered all my queries and concerns. Highly recommended and will absolutely use this again for the next family reunion!

Great location with spectacular views from the balcony. Very courteous security and was very safe. Kitchen well stocked. Could use an upgrade on pillows and hairdryers.

Five of us, 2 couples and a single, stayed in El Cantil apartment 3AN for 10 days. The apartment is quite spacious. We stayed in the ocean side bedroom with the shower. This room was quiet and dark with the window shade down. It was very comfortable. The other couple stayed in the master bedroom, which faces the ocean. I believe they found it to be nicely dark with the shade down. The did say they heard street noise. Both these bedrooms open to the large balcony. There is a hot tub on the balcony. We didn't use it and it made a strange noise that we reported to the agent. It wasn't a problem. The guest in the third bedroom that faces the street complained of street noise. Loud motorcycles for the most part.The kitchen is equipped well enough. We did prepare a couple of dinners in, as well as other meals. There are lots of glasses, coffee cups, plates, etc for serving. There are an adequate assortment of pots and pans and knives, etc. One item it doesn't have is a kettle for heating water. The apartment has a beautiful pool on ocean side. The management seems to enforce quiet hours, which is nice. Very easy access to the ocean as well. The docks have ladders. We were there for SCUBA. The dive boat picked us up at the dock saving us a trip to the marina every day. It is an easy walk to town and two large supermarkets are a 5 minute walk.All in all it is a nice place to stay and I would consider it again if I return to Cozumel.

Arnie was responsive to all my questions before, during & even after our stay. The condo worked out well for our group of 8 & had everything we needed. The deck view, heated infinity pool & in unit laundry were a real plus. Snorkeling right in front of the condo was amazing - we saw eel, pufferfish, leopard stingray & lots of colorful fish. We loved being walking distance to two grocery stores & having the square across the street all lit up & decorated for Christmas w/marquesita carts etc. We’d book this condo again.

Great place, close to town

This place worked out great for our group of 5. We go to Coz a lot and this was perfect for us. The people at the bldg were very nice and helpful. Pool was great and location can't be beat.

The condo was amazing. The patio was so relaxing over looking the beautiful pool and hearing the waves. The chef experience was wonderful, although the price was more than expected. The one downfall to the condo was the hot tub was not working and no one responded to my text on the 1st night about it. We would definitely stay here again.

Cantil Norte is a fantastic location in Cozumel - both on the beach and only a few minutes walk from downtown! The property is perfectly set up for a family that needs several rooms with ensuite bathrooms and a large family area as well. The maid service and use of the laundry room were big pluses during our stay. The only thing that could use an upgrade are the mattresses - a pillowtop mattress pad perhaps, or possibly new mattresses entirely. A small point, but it would put this property over the top in both comfort and location.

Great family space, great amenities!

El Cantil condos are a great place to stay in Cozumel. We've stayed at this condo resort on multiple vacations and it is our new go-to place on the island. Nice oceanfront pool, spa, and snorkeling areas. Scuba boats can pickup drivers right at the resort dock. Easy walkability to lots of nightlife, bars, coffee shops, restaurants. Highly recommended!

Amazing!!

My family absolutely loved everything about this place! It was huge, with mouth dropping views and walking distance to town and restaurants. I had some issues with my previous rental and Arni was willing to work with an earlier check in date and was in contact with me quickly! He was so kind and flexible as we navigated our situation! 3 days was not enough at this slice of heaven! I have already recommended this condo to friends and hope to make it back someday soon!

Our family lives in Southern California and enjoy traveling and a very active lifestyle. We learned to scuba dive many years ago and knew that this was an activity that promised travel to exotic places. Our first trip to Cozumel had us hooked. The spectacular reefs, clear and warm water, and the varied underwater life beckoned us back on several more trips.

One day, while relaxing in a hammock at the neighboringl hotel, Plaza las Glorias (now the Cozumel Palace), we decided to wander next door to the under construction El Cantil Condominiums, which had for sale signs on the property. We hadn't really thought about buying another place but the building with its unrivaled location on the island, the fact that it was obviously a top tier property, and the certainty that Cozumel was going to be a regular destination in the future put the purchase notion on the table. On our next couple of visits to the island, we were shown a variety of properties up and down the island, from other condos to houses. Many were purchase worthy but none rivaled El Cantil in amenities and location. By that time the North Tower was under construction, it was clear that we weren't the only one's who had arrived at a similar decision. Almost sold out.

What a wonderful escape!. We spend only 4-5 weeks down here a year and each time we return, the slower pace, the welcoming ambiance, and the drop dead gorgeous view from our terrace immediately put us in vacation mode. As foodies, we have been pleasantly surprised by the number and quality of restaurants. Food for the body and spirit.

There's not been a time that we haven't resolved to spend more time down here. In the meantime, we will have to make due in Southern California. Living in two vacation destinations. Life is good..

Right on the Caribbean. Every time I look out at the beautiful sea, close enough to touch, I am mesmerized. The jacuzzi hot tub on the terrace, with a cold drink in hand is one heck of a way to enjoy the spectacular sunsets. It never gets old.
