1000平方フィートを超える超高天井の素晴らしいオープンフロアプランのアパートメント。すべて更新されました!! ユニットには食器洗い機、電子レンジ、洗濯機と乾燥機があります。 堅木張りの床は素晴らしい状態です。 リビングルームとベッドルームにスマートテレビ。 タワーグローブパークからわずか3ブロックの好立地。 徒歩圏内にたくさんのレストランがあります。 22 x11の巨大な寝室。 真新しいキングベッドとマットレス。これは本当にユニークなスペースです。この施設は40年前に食料品店であり、約8年前に私のオフィスであったこの建物は過去6〜7年の間住宅でした。 ユニットの面積は1000平方フィート強で、寝室は22 x 11です。 華麗な高さ15フィートの天井があり、メインスペースはキッチンに広く開いています。 このスペースの本当に素晴らしい機能の1つは、屋外パティオです。 パティオはフェンスで囲まれ、ファイヤーピット、ピクニックテーブル、独自のバーベキューグリルに十分なサイズが組み込まれています。 フローリングはやり直しされたばかりで、すべての部屋は新しく塗装されています。 ユニットには洗濯機と乾燥機があります。 バスルームにはウォークインシャワーがありますが、浴槽はありません。 ***記載されているシングルベッド2台は、ツインサイズのロールアウェイベッド2台です****

Wow !

This property exceeded my expectations. The unit was clean and bright. The hardwood floors were shining and smooth. The smell of Murphy’s Oil Soap was inviting. Roku TV was a great feature. I would love to book it again for my return visit to St. Louis in 2020. Nice job Murph 👍

We stayed here for about 4.5 weeks during a cross country move. The unit itself and location worked well overall, and the area is convenient with good amenities nearby.However, our experience with the host was ultimately unexpected and disruptive.Our original booking had to be adjusted by one day after booking because the unit was not actually available on the listed start date. The host notified us right away and refunded that night, which we appreciated, though it did require us to extend our previous stay elsewhere. While not a major issue on its own, it was an early sign of the inconsistencies we experienced.We later coordinated with the host to extend our stay, received an invoice, and paid it. That same day, the payment was refunded without explanation. About two weeks later, we were told the stay would not be extended, giving us about 8 days to find new housing.The host later described us as “difficult,” which was surprising as our only outreach was for legitimate maintenance concerns: the unit reached nearly 80 degrees while the AC was set to 70, and a ceiling fan above the bed appeared unstable while the others worked normally. We communicated these concerns politely and only after attempting basic troubleshooting ourselves, and had no other issues or concerns during our stay.While the unit is fine, our experience was negatively impacted by inconsistent communication and lack of transparency, creating unnecessary uncertainty.

I would definitely not rent and our hostess client again nor do I recommend hosting her or her husband they are complainers and do not have to work in AC unit nor do they understand how a ceiling fan works with a unit that has a 22 ft ceiling I tried to explain it to them multiple times obviously I did not want to host them any further they were nothing but a pain in the neck, good riddance!!! And don't get it twisted I went out of my way to get them into the unit half a day earlier when they made the reservation I clearly let them know the day was not available but they still wanted to book it not only are they hard to work with they also like to stretch the truth.

Great STL experience

Great spacious rental in a cute neighborhood. Host was warm and inviting and we had everything we needed. King size bed and the living room sofas very comfy!

Awesome

Once we arrived we were greeted by the owner and he was very nice and easy to talk to. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome and the apartment was a warm and comfortable place to stay. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Perfect for after hospital stay!

We were looking for a handicap accessible location and this place was perfect! Lots of space, clean and a great location! Also everyone was very friendly. Must try The Shaved Duck and Steve’s Hot Dogs both in walking distance.

Beautiful

Everything was perfect. My boyfriend really enjoyed the theater seating in the living room! The bed was incredibly comfortable. The outside space was relaxing and the property is close to downtown but not too close. This place will be missed!!

This is a great property, the unit is huge with over a 1000 sq ft, the floor plan is very open and everything is new, including the king size bed. Tons of natural light. The location is incredible right in the heart of the city, close to everything!!
