The house is beautiful and comes with so many amenities. Felt safe, at the location because you have to pass thru gated security. Conveniently located to walmart supercenter and many restaurants. Would recommend! Demetri is a very responsive host. Any issues you have you can just text him and he responds so quickly.

Great Property

Great home away from home. Demetri was great and prompt to answer our questions. The pool area was spacious and sunny in the afternoon. Kids enjoyed the movie room and the game room but spent most of the time poolside!

Another Amazing Stay

We loved this place so much we had to come back. Kids really enjoyed the game room and pool, adults enjoyed the movie theater and massage chair. Really has something for everyone. Also Demetri was great. Responded quickly and checked in on us to make sure everything went well. We can't wait to come back a third time!

Spring Trip

We came down to Orlando with zero plans in place knowing the house had a lot to offer. Our kids 2, 4 and 7 were in paradise. Between the pool, game room and movie theater they were completely occupied for the 4 day stay. We did spend one morning at the community pool and that was wonderful as well. For our next trip we will definitely be checking the availability of this listing first!

Fantastic home and truly caring/considerate owner

Although we visited the Disney Parks, this home could have served as the entire vacation. From the arcade to the movie theatre, we really enjoyed our time in the home, it is beautiful. The owner, Demetri, is extremely responsive and is extremely kind. We definitely recommend this home for your next vacation and hope to return for our next visit to Orlando. Best Disney home!

This was the perfect place! Close to Disney and all the theme parks! Suuuuper convenient! Great pool and game area for the rest times! There was something for every age. Spacious, clean, well equipped kitchen and amazing game room! We will be back! Demetri was super communicative and accommodating! He made sure we had everything we needed to have the best stay ever! Too much fun was had

From the moment we walked in the fresh smell and the cleanliness was apparent. Between the video games, the movie theater and the pool we barely had to leave the house!! It was such a fun week and lots of great memories were made. **And the massage chair…after a couple long days of walking in the heat, the chair was a GODSEND !! Highly recommend 🙂

Best Vacation Rental Ever!

This place is amazing! It is exactly as described. We were so close to Disney and about 20 min from Universal / SeaWorld. Demetri the host was very responsive and informative. He had suggestions for our family other than the big parks which were well received by our entire family. We loved the arcade room, movie theater had such a great picture and sound! And we loved the massage chair as well! The pool and hot tub were also amazing especially at night! We can't wait to come back. Highly recommend this home!

Exceptional home, outstanding host

This house was exceptional and Demetri was an outstanding host. We stayed 8 days and spent most of our time at the parks but wish we had stayed longer just to spend more time at “home” enjoying all the house had to offer. The pool and hot tub were great, the house was clean and the beds comfortable. But three things made this house truly exceptional: the arcade (amazing, professional grade games that all 3 generations in our family enjoyed together), the home theater (with super comfortable seats), and the massage chair (not the kind that are in malls, this chair was amazing, just what our tired bodies needed after long days in the parks). If you are trying to decide which house to rent pick this one, you won’t regret it—and make sure you set aside time in your vacation to stay home and enjoy it!

Sets the bar too high!

We will have a VERY hard time to beat this vacation stay in the future! The house had everything we could ever want. Demetri was extremely considerate and easy to reach with any questions. The home itself was extremely clean and had all amenities we could need, including new baby gates! The game room was perfect for family play. The pool was a perfect temperature with the addition of heating, and we spent hours hanging out in and around the pool. The house is in a gated community and was very safe. It was also really close to Disney, Starbucks and Walmart. We had a WONDERFUL time and would be thrilled to stay here again.

Relaxation and Entertainment for Everyone

Demetri and his family offer a lovely and spacious home with so many ways to pass the time. Between the comfortable bedrooms, pool/hot tub, and arcade room, my family and I were able to spread out and enjoy each other's company without being on top of one another. Getting to the Disney parks was remarkably easy. The same was true for Discovery Cove at SeaWorld. My family and I didn't put on our chefs' hats this trip but the kitchen is well laid out and has just about everything you'd need for preparing elaborate meals. The Windsor Hills community is well laid out with a relaxing pace. The swimming pool and water park are worth a visit before retiring back to the private pool at the house. Demetri provided all the necessary information about checking in and was gracious enough to call to walk me through some questions I had when my family and I got to the house. I highly recommend this property.

Fun, Fun, Fun Time!!

My Family and I really enjoyed our stay, there were plenty of things to do, a top of the line arcade room with car racing games that we all enjoyed, we watched a movie in the right seat movie room and loved the pool, as well as the community water park. Another great addition was the Zero gravity chair in the master bedroom. Check in and out was easy and our very few small issues we encountered during our stay was promptly taken care of by Demetri as we were able to keep constant contact and received prompt responses. We will definitely visit again, actually we are are in the process of planning another trip now.I highly recommend this stay as you will not run out of things to do, the host is awesome and the house is beautiful. I am going to recommend to my friends and family as well.

BETTER THAN WE IMAGINED ❣️

We were wanting a place to stay to just relax and make fun memories. We did not want to go to any themed park. Just spend time together. Demetri and Tess made this dream come true! They have opened up this MOST INCREDIBLY BEAUTIFUL, and PERFECTLY FUN gaming house! We had so much fun relaxing in the hot tub, swimming in the pool, playing video games, having DDR "dance-offs" and watching movies in the theater! And I spent MANY hours in the most amazing massage chair❣️ Demetri and Tess have all the kitchen appliances and accessories that we needed to prepare our meals here and were always available to answer any questions. Awesome property

Great place for a family. Owner was very communicative and responsive. Location is close to many restaurants and stores as well as the parks. We staid for a week and the kids were either in the pool or playing on the arcade games when we weren’t at a park. The neighborhood and neighbors were quiet. The only issue we had was the gate pass would have troubles activating the gate to get in. We noticed others also having difficulties. There would be a line of a few cars before the guards would manually open it. The pool is serviced weekly and the technician was friendly and chatted with our 5 year old while he cleaned. Checkout cleaning was simple and not burdensome. The one thing I would note is the arcade games can be very loud making it difficult to get someone’s attention while in the room. It would be great if their volume could be turned down or the speakers muffled.

Amazing House, Amazing Host!!

We came to town to visit the Disney parks (only 10-15 minutes away), but some of my favorite parts of this trip were spent unwinding and enjoying family time together at the house, whether that was relaxing in the pool/hot tub, playing video games in the huge arcade, or watching a movie in the super cool theater room. Even more importantly, we found the bed comfort to be excellent (or maybe I was just exhausted from walking for miles and miles and standing in lines for hours and hours). Either way, I slept like a baby every night. And waking up the next morning to do it all over again, it was super helpful having a full kitchen and a washer-dryer to make our meals and clean our clothes in (only had to pack half as much since we planned on doing laundry). Additionally, I really appreciated Demetri taking the time to walk me through key details like the safety switch for the pool area, lighting, and audio-visual equipment. Any questions we had, he was very prompt, helpful, and friendly to respond to, which reminded me quite a bit of the Disney experience. When we first arrived, the hot tub jets weren't working quite right and he sent a technician out and had it good as new by the next day. Can't say enough good things. Thank you for the wonderful experience. Our family loved our time there and if we're ever back in the area, we'd love to stay again.

Awesome location and amenities

We recently stayed here to visit the Walt Disney World parks. The location to the park is perfect. Just a short few minute drive! Super easy to get there. The amenities at this property at like none other I’ve ever stayed at. First, when we arrived, my children immediate went to the arcade. My daughter asked me for quarters and I went to look and we were pleasantly surprised to find no quarters needed! They played for hours! PAC man, some skiing adventure game, some football game, and driving. They even tried dance dance revolution! All Included with the stay. The games are fun for all ages (my 6yo really loved the driving games). As we explored more, we found a movie theater which was perfect for us. The seats were comfy. The sound system was great!! We had so much fun and felt like we were in our own private theater! The tv’s are smart devices compatible so super easy to log in and watch whatever you feel like! Having young kids, I often hesitate to rent places with pools. This house not only fenced the pool around but also put an alarm on the door. (It’s easy to disable the alarm - simply push a button that is located out of most young children’s reach then open the door). When my child tried to go running to the pool before me. It alarmed so I knew he was outside. The outdoor pool has its own hot tub too! There’s a nice dining area with tv and fans. Super comfortable area for us to hang out and enjoy a few hour break from the parks mid day at the peak of the heat. Did I mention an included water park. It has a resort style pool with a splash pad and two large water slides. Not only that - there was a dj that had regular activities/competitions for the kids. So much fun!! We got there at 10 am and got plenty of chairs. People who arrived after noon had fewer choices for lawn chairs. The beds were super comfy! I really enjoyed having two different thermostats - for upstairs and downstairs. My kids like it fairly cool to sleep and that allowed for that without freeezing everyone else in the house out. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and there was even another full bathroom downstairs. We often all showered at the same time and hot water was not a problem either!! I also appreciated there being laundry tide pods. Too often I go to places that advertise washer/dryer but don’t provide detergent. I don’t want to buy a big bottle of detergent for 1-2 washes. Will definitely stay again next time we visit WDW.

We have 11 Arcades, Movie Theater, Pool, Jacuzzi, Hot tub spa, Massage Chair, 2 King Beds, Double Bunk Bed with trundle, waterpark in the community center.

この宿泊施設の特徴

We converted the garage to have 11 video games. 4 SpongeBob racing games and 4 NASCAR games. They are linked for family fun. (All games are set to free play)

There is a Movie Theater room in the house and a massage chair in the master bedroom on the first floor.

Don't forget the private pool and hot tub in our back yard and the community waterpark and pool that are included.
