Pros: Condo was VERY clean, proximity to beach and restaurants/coffee was great, beautiful view from condo of sunset and beach, awesome pool and hot tub for chilly nights, parking space, we never asked where the coin laundry was but it is in the building. What you need to know: we had a larger rental vehicle, so parking was tricky as its the first spot in the lot, to get to the beach it is several stairs for carrying things down, the condo doesn’t have a lanai- its a Juliette, there was only one beach chair- the others were camping chairs so you may want to bring/purchase other chairs, there was only 3 beach towels, one of the umbrella’s is very difficult to get up (possibly broken as it doesn’t stay up well the Tommy bahama one), beds weren’t super comfortable, porta crib is a pack and play and only for a toddler as it doesn’t have infant mode, but it worked ok for us (I brought sheets), pool and hot tub half a block down from condo, we bought ice as no ice machine in room or building, we also only had one roll of toilet paper, but that may have been an oversight by housekeeping. There is a separate entrance/elevator for when you are coming from the beach/pool not through the lobby but through the parking garage, so make sure you use that to not upset the security guards. We loved SD and most of the people were super nice/helpful everywhere we went. Many surf shops nearby to rent wetsuits and surfboards (room provided two boogie boards).
