Direct west end location in building not on the loud north side. Located in a secure building with designated parking. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and boardwalk. Wonderful place for families to relax and enjoy the beach in the winter and summer. Common area hot tub and beautiful sunset and pier view lounge area.

Beautiful view, spacious and clean, very comfortable. Well stocked with everything we needed. Older building but the condo was updated.Parking was so convenient with a space right near the elevator.

Clean, comfortable and wonderful location to everything. No need to rent a car restaurants, shopping and grocery store in wale. A beautiful view of the ocean and the sounds of waves waking up and falling asleep. Be sure to read the owners info book as there are suggestions fo food and entertainment. Thank you for the wonderful stay! Of plenty of beach equipment!

The condo was beautiful and well situated for our stay in San Diego. Being able to view the ocean every time we looked out the window was a huge plus for us. The lanai was great for people watching and relaxing. Check-In was seamless. Having a place to park our car was golden……no need to spend precious vacation time looking for a parking space. We would definitely stay here again when we are in San Diego. Communication with the owner was great, and the instructions for accessing the condo and parking were precise and very easy to follow. It is a beautiful condo on Pacific Beach with shopping and restaurants nearby.

We absolutely loved our stay here and can’t wait to come back! The location was unbeatable - right on the beach and boardwalk. We loved stepping outside and immediately being in the heart of Pacific Beach.Watching the sunset with a glass of wine on the balcony was one of our favorite parts of the trip. Falling asleep to the sound of the ocean was incredibly relaxing.The unit itself was very clean and comfortable, and having a garage parking spot was a huge bonus. The host was responsive and handled any questions or minor issues right away, which we really appreciated.Highly recommend - we’re already talking about coming back!

Beautiful property and location. Chris, the host, was readily available for any questions and helpful getting us in a few hours earlier. We will definitely be staying there again. Very friendly residents within the building and tons of great food in walking distance. Lovely to hear the waves at night time.

Wonderful location!

The condo was a perfect location for coming back and forth from the beach. Sunset views from the balcony, right on the. Boardwalk, and comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay again.

My family has owned condos in this building since it was built in 1974. I was born and raised in San Diego. My parents used to do vacation rentals in the 1970's and 1980's, and then lease the condos long term. We recently decided to start doing the vacation rentals again.

This unit is much larger than the other, almost 1200 sq. ft, vaulted ceiling, top floor and direct ocean front in the heart of Pacific beach. Completely renovated, it has new kitchen appliances, new leather couches, chairs and 3 large flat screen smart tv's.
