Great 4th weekend

Family vacation

Very convenient place to stay, only about a 1 minute walk to the pier and surrounding restaurants and shops. My favorite thing about this place was the large balcony:)

Beautiful views and the location couldn’t be any better. Had a few last minutes changes and the host were very accommodating. We hope to be back soon!

Perfect spot

We booked a week in Newport Beach at the very last moment. The hosts were responsive and facilitated a last minute booking without issue. The location could not have been better, literally on the sand. The view is stunning and the accommodations were perfect for our family. Very well equipped also. We’d stay again without hesitation.

Fantastic location/great place

Wonderful time in Newport Beach. Albert was very responsive and made everything run smoothly. If I were to offer one minor bit of feedback - add a screen door on front door facing the ocean or replace the front windows (sealed/not able to open), as it would be a big difference maker for allowing those great ocean breezes to cool the place day/night.

Newport Beach

Property manager/owner was very accommodating with special request. Location was perfect right on the beach. great view of the ocean and a little set back so away from the busy boardwalk. All beach gear was there for renters use. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect location

This could not have been a better location. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping, not to mention you are directly on the beach! Albert was an excellent host and the property was in great condition. We will definitely be coming back!

19th Street break

This place is an excellent taste of Balboa Peninsula life and provided the beach experience that we were looking for. The property manager was attentive to our needs and responded to us in a timely manner during our stay. Can't wait for our next trip to the area and look forward to renting this property again.

You Can't Beat It

Our family was looking for a vacation at the beach. We looked from San Diego To Santa Barbara. The location of the unit is all you could ask for. Walk down stairs and you are on the Boardwalk. 10 houses from the Pier, Restaurants, Shops, Fast Food and more. The photos are a very good representation of what you will experience. The patio is very comfortable and you can"t beat the view or the price. Albert greeted us upon arrival to show us around and was available to answer any question we had. We definitely will stay here again.

Best view of the beach and ocean

My husband and I enjoyed this rental. He had to work the entire week so the noise during the late night hours from neighbors and people setting off fireworks was difficult but the view made up for that during the day! The best compliment is that we would stay here again so that says it all! Albert was very helpful and replied quickly to all of our needs.

Great location and views!

A great little getaway, close to everything but still not loud or busy. House is older but we still enjoyed that it was right on the beach with great views off the balcony.

What a gem.

A great little gem in the perfect location. It was just minutes away from all the activity and an easy walk to the Newport pier. However it was in a quiet spot, making it easy to sleep, with a beautiful view of the ocean. Will definitely visit again. You can’t go wrong here.

Perfect Location

The location was perfect walking distance to everything. It was right in the mix of things at the beach but still pretty quiet (which is amazing if you’ve ever stayed at a beach house in Newport). Albert was super friendly and I felt completely informed from pre-check in to check out.

Best VRBO stay I have had so far.

Over the years I have stayed in several "beach houses" that I consider to be resonably priced for my family of 5. This was the best of them all so far. It is great to be only a couple steps away from the beach especially when you have little kids. I have always loved Newport Beach. I would definitely stay here again.
