The building sits right on the bike path and Balboa parking lot. Rent bikes and go for a nice ride along the sand. Take a walk to the end of the Balboa Pier and grab a milkshake at Ruby's Diner.

Guests have access to the entire condo, as well as 2 parking spaces in the gated garage.

- Must be 26 or older to book

- Must provide your email and be able to access our company online portal for house info.

- No parties or gatherings.

- We try our best to keep updated on remodels/construction happening around our vacation units. However, construction can pop up anytime in the City of Newport Beach without notice. N.B.V.P is not responsible and will not issue refunds due to neighboring construction.
