Great location. The bayside is very nice and quiet.

Great place for a family getaway

This condo is perfect if you are traveling with small children. Walking distance to most attractions, restaurants etc. if you find a convenient, free place to park - don’t move your car! Parking is at a premium in New Port so add the parking fees to your vacation budget, just in case you have trouble finding a spot.

Awesome

We had a perfect view of the bay. The furniture was very comfortable and clean. It’s only a 2 block walk to the beach and boardwalk. We had pets with us and it’s very pet friendly everywhere around us. There’s a park with a playground for kids but there’s also a grassy area for dogs. I would recommend it to anyone.

Family Fun

What a great place to stay! We were on a family vacation with 3 generations. We loved the location-we watched the boats coming and going in the harbor from our porch, walked to restaurants and shops, and swam in the ocean. Disneyland was about a 30 minute drive. The property was very well stocked with beach chairs, towels, kitchen appliances. The furniture and beds were comfortable. Highly recommend!

A great spot

Location was great. Nice view of the water from the second floor porch, easy walk to the beach. About a 20 min walk to the shops and restaurants. Garage was tight but fit our rental SUV. A great place!

Great relaxing trip

6 adults 2 kids stayed in this house. Great location to beaches and restaurants with night life. The house was plenty big, clean, and had everything we needed even beach chairs and toys. We would definately rent again. Big deck with views of the marina and beach.

Great Property with Fabulous Views

I can't say enough positive things about our stay at 225 Casa de Balboa. The 3 bedroom is spacious and extremely well appointed. The linens and towels were very nice and the beds were extremely comfortable. We loved the views from the living room, master bedroom, and the deck/balcony which was amazing. We had our dogs with us and Pam was wonderful working with us to accommodate us traveling with our dogs. We walked on the small bayside beach right in front, and also crossed over to the large ocean side beach which was only about 3 minutes away. The sunrises from the apartment are spectacular and the sunsets on the beach were mind blowing. We will definitely visit again.

Loved our stay at #225. Everything is as advertised on VRBO. The views! Beautiful!! The weather was great. We parked in the garage & walked everywhere until time to leave. Could have just stayed on the balcony all day long enjoying it all! Comfortable beds for 7 of us, great kitchen & our dog loved being there with us

After wedding family vacation

It was a very nice stay and very clean. Everything was walking distance. The only issues were: air mattress didn’t stay inflated and was a bit hot. They may need to update the gutters, patio furniture, add central air. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location for relaxing beach stay. Property was well maintained and very clean. Pam was excellent host always responsive and available to answer questions. Across the street from family beach and short walk to surf beach and restaurants.

Best property!

I think this was the nicest vacation property we have stayed in over the past 10 years. Everything was exactly as described in the listing, including the photos. The unit was immaculately clean when we arrived. As mentioned in the listing and reviews, the linens are top notch. The kitchen is very organized and stocked with clean and high quality dishes, pots/pans, glasses, etc. The mattresses are superb. The view from the balcony is peaceful, especially at sunrise. Excellent communication with Pam, the property manager. We will definitely be back!
