Perfect family friendly condo!

We had the most wonderful stay. The condo was very homey feeling and the hosts included a lot of little touches that made us feel at home. They provided dish soap, a sponge!, paper towels and enough laundry detergent pods for one load which we appreciated! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Family Vacation

This condo was perfect for our family of 6. We liked the setup and the owner was very responsive if needed. We liked that we had an assigned parking spot in the parking garage. We will be back.

Beach Trip

This property was great! It had everything we needed for our stay. Communication was great for check in, and when I had a question about our stay I got a very quick response. We loved the view of the beach, and how it was just a short walk to get there. The splash pad was great. We can't wait to come again!

Wonderful unit! Very clean, everything we needed! Decorated really nice, linens were very comfy! Communication w host was always promo although the only thing I wanted to tell her was how much we enjoyed it!

Excellent property!

We stayed here with our two teenage boys for a week for the USSSA World Series. Absolutely no problems. The condo was clean and has a fabulous ocean view. Immediately response from the property manager.

First Time to Orange Beach

The Host was amazing and her condo was very nice and clean. We enjoyed having a view of the beach from the balcony. Check in was easy we were able to check in early and get our amenities bracelet. We just were not able to go to the room until closer to check in time which was 4. That was fine with us we just enjoyed the beach until check in time. However the Phoenix need a better process for the elevators when everyone checking in or when they are checking out. We were in the basement and people checking in on the 1st floor would pack the elevator and then come down to the basement at which it would be full so I felt like it took longer for the people down at the basement longer to get an elevator even though there are 3 elevators going. Truly that was really the only struggle we faced. It was nice having an option for my kids to either swim at the outdoor pool, indoor pool, splash place and of course the beach. Highly recommend this place!

Just as described

The condo was just as described. Beautiful view. Well equipped kitchen. The splash pad is a huge hit for younger children. Only feedback for improvements are the faucets in the tubs and the TV remotes. The faucets were complicated to figure out. There about 4 remotes, none of which actually worked fully on all TVs. Otherwise, everything was perfect and j would definitely recommend and stay again.

Family Vacation

Loved this place!! Our room had beautiful gulf views. My grandson had the best time. The pool and splash pad were a huge hit. I would definitely book this place again!
