This spacious loft apartment was previously an artist's studio. It is very bright with full glass sound proof windows in the back. The sleeping nook has a queen bed. Roll up black out shades for a good night's sleep. The living area has a dining table, sofa bed, a comfortable reclining chair and a lounge chair. A full bathroom with a shower. Fully equipped kitchen. It has High speed WiFi. Private terrace and outdoor garden. The outdoor terrace has a comfortable table where our guests can relax and have lunch or dinner outside. There is a workstation for those traveling for work. Washer/dryer.
Walking distance to the Convention Center, Casino, TMobile District, Condado beach and a variety of restaurants & coffeeshops. Miramar is a very lively district. Right in the heart of Santurce. Close to Condado and Old San Juan.

Caribe Rentals is a family short & long term rental agency designed by Miguel Maldonado and Lourdes Suárez. A creative-retired couple that has been living in Old San Juan for many years. They have tailored four cozy apartments for you to choose your next vacation or business travel: two in Old San Juan and two in Miramar.
Miguel is the mastermind behind the interior decoration of the rentals and is in charge of maintaining the lush gardens. Plus, he has great stories from his hippie years in Puerto Rico. Lourdes is a retired French and Humanities professor, and your direct contact during your booking and stay.

The electrical service of the property is connected to LUMA, the local power company that provides this service in PR. In the event of a power outage we have solar panels and a battery backup that will provide power to the refrigerator and a power outlet so you can charge your phone and connect other devices. Sporadic electrical interruptions are not under our control. If there is any interruption in service, please notify asap. However this event will not result in cancellation of the reservation or any kind of refund.
